@@bdgaf7342 unfortunately I was denied. I was asked two questions. Prior to those questions, the Visa consular mistook me from someone who was denied a B1 Visa so I saw him calling someone to verify. He asked me where I was going and I call the State and University name. My source of support is my family. We run a company whose bank statement is around 300,000 USD, and I am currently working as a senior staff with the government of Liberia, specifically the house of Representatives. I have yet to discover why led to my rejection. But I am diverting my focus to Europe. The USA thinks that we from Africa are so poor so when we are applying for non-immigrant Visa, we will wanna stay forever.

Thanks Ben and Team Argo for all your videos. My B1/B2 got approved today thanks to your inputs. The officer didn’t ask for or see any document. It all got done in under 3 minutes only through verbal communication.

Yesterday, i got rejected for my F2 visa . The officer asked me about my previous stay as an F1 student in USA for past 6 years which i did I even returned to my home country after 6 years and got an very high paying job and working here for past 1 and half year. Now the offier gave me an 214b i'm still not sure why he gave me this one even though i showed him my leave approval of 15 days from my manager. I have no intent to stay in USA .I have been paying my credit card bills in USA, even car insurance and car loan from past one year without even staying in USA or breaking any law Its so sad that officer denied my case

I got 214(B) in Muscat on 16/10/22 even with Argo consultation. I drove from Dubai to Muscat to get refusal. Don't know what is the trick. For me even Argo expertise didn't work. My suggest to Argo kindly provide atleast voice recording to the clients of the meeting that they heard it on repeat basis to note down the important points at the time of video consultation. A person cannot write the points, ask question or listen to the expert at same time. I hope Argo will consider my this suggestion.

What is wrong with the visa interviewers! They are not fair!! Even the interview isn't fair at all...we work really hard for our school application, wait long years and pay a lot of money and they dump it like that in less than three minutes just because they feel like it! At least they should try to listen especially when a person petitions again and again!

Do the visa officers know if a family member has filed immigration petition (I 130) for the applicant ?Do they have a system where they can look it up or just based on the answer in DS 160 question Yes or NO. Will the visitor visa be refused based on that.

1:11 well the university I got accepted to in USA is University of Michigan, they advised not to say anything without being asked and keep answers as brief as possible, since the interviews are supposed to be fast.

Yes.. usually interviews are between 1 to 3 min.. at embassy in chile and south korea… maybe he is talking about the interviews within the US? Maybe…?

9 yrs ag0, we are a family apply for Tourist Visa as a birthday gift to my son after graduating from High School, the VO questioned why going to the US, so i told him that we have to visit some best tourist destination to plant the best place to go. I dont have close relative. my wife has plenty from sister to uncles. and with out any words he gave us a paper filing to sign being denied having close relative, so meaning if you close relative, you dont have the chance to visit to the US of A. i work for American company assigned in other countries, paid my insurance to the US of A, my company gave me supporting documents and still being denied, travel mostly in Europe.. so frustrating.
