Honestly I’m surprised there’s not more support for Ipswich from the rest of the league. Their underdog spirit is the only thing keeping us from another boring season where the relegated Prem teams take 1st, 2nd and 3rd place

Hate how we can never win against the tracker boys. It is so annoying how in extra time we manage to give up... again!. This has been the culture of Leicester for the past 5 seasons. They need to start finishing games till the last whistle.

Ipswich are just such a strong side in the second half.

Can't blame the Leicester goalie...that Luongo shot took a vicious swerve at the very last second. Sarmiento was alert to the follow-up and took his chance well. The Leicester keeper's attempt to save it was heroic. Innit.

Ipswich>luton. Love that a lower payroll club taking it to parachute clubs. If they make it to the PL, they’ll survive.

As someone who has watched nearly every Ipswich game this season. Yes, we certainly have had some luck, but we've also completely turned some of the championship teams that are in form, inside out. ​Not to mention that we could sell the entire first team of Ipswich and still not have enough money to buy Dewsbury-Hall. A real testament to what KM has done for the club. Turning league one players into solid championship contenders.@@Bootneck777

Was at the game. A great result for us, especially as we are a bit patched up at the moment and badly need a striker. Poor old Jackson tried his best but he is out of his depth at this level. I think we will push on with the new players as we did last year

Fella, you conceded 8 goals in two games against a bog standard prem front 4 in Leeds. Think how bad it will get against the better teams. Clarke is a liability, Davis is off elsewhere and your centre halfs are at best Championship quality. I cant deny your consistency in this poor division but the Prem is a way different animal. Anyhoo, you wont get past Leeds in the playoffs. Leicester and Southampton for the autos. Peace and love.

That´s the Ipswich addiction. They are exciting . Score for fun but leak goals with their adventurous style. Like a 90 minute ´rush´.

Unbelievable to see how some if these rugbyesque challenges go unpunished due to sub par ref standard and lack of investments in VAR.

It is funny how upset the parachute clubs are that little old Ipswich are taking up an autos spot. Those clubs think they have a god given right to 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Would love Ipswich to finish top 2 and none of the parachute clubs to win playoffs

Since the Premier League has been discussing the two managers, McKenna and Maresca, a lot, it is interesting to see how their respective styles of play compare.

Top spot is opening up nicely for the saints. The claw back they have done since beginning of December is wild.

Saints have yet to play away at Leicester, Ipswich, Leeds or West Brom - Town have played all of them (swapping Town for Soton) away already. If Soton win a good chunk of these games then fair play, but it’s certainly not done and dusted that they’ll finish top 2.

Leicester fan here in the States; gotta stop dropping points in the last minutes of the game, have dropped far too many from 85+. My HS coach would run us to death for giving up late goals like that. Weather it cost us or not. We ran. We ran until he got tired.

The wheels have absolutely come off now, absolutely pathetic that we can’t hang onto a lead. Maresca has brought some good things but we are so weak mentally and this giving away leads continues to happen. Southampton and Ipswich are going to take the automatics and we are going to have to struggle through the playoffs. I’m not sold on Maresca, with Cooper available I personally would get rid now. I always see your fans mention that slow start but leicester and southampton were also going through transition at the start of the season. I will agree with the points away. But let’s be honest the 2 games that come to mind Stoke Bamford missed penalty and Preston 10 men away there’s 6 points that puts us second. 4 points off Leicester. So I think in all it’s a very valid point

@@sammyadds6280 wouldn’t you only have drawn if u didn’t miss that penalty at Stoke? Imo that’s still two points dropped against a poor side. And with the preston game that is more of a valid point but leicester also unfairly went a man down against cov and ended up losing 3-1 over a draw so imo the gap would still be bigger. And leicester sold basically half their squad at the start of the season, maddison, Barnes, Tielemans, castagne, soumare, kristiansen, mendy and (C) Jonny evans are a few I can think of off the top of my head not to mention Leicester got a new manager and managed to adapt quickly to his style of play. As for southampton they lost their fair share of players too aswell as their captain JWP. They also had a 4 game winless run but managed to turn it around and remained consistent. So tbh the argument could be made for all three relegated teams, and imo Leeds have been the worst out of all three

Doubt your see a better one in the championship. I stick to my original point. Leeds and Southampton are the 2 best teams in the league from what I have seen. Table says different yes. Yes u smashed ipswich and beat leicester but if we’re gonna look on the flip side u lost 3-1 at St Mary’s and Leicester won 4-1 at St. Mary’s. Leeds and Ipswich both lost away to 5th place West Brom and Leicester beat them 2-1 away 🤷‍♂️. If u ask me Saints are best team itl followed by Leicester due to their consistency then Leeds
