Back into our own improvement! Training with Diego Mieres! Together with Nik, Mathijs and Bart. It's been a really fun training with Diego. Diego is the brother of Juani Mieres, top level WPT player.
I find it very interesting to train with other coaches and experience a total different approach. It's good for me as a player but also for me as a coach.

yes more videos from him would be great. there is a big difference between someone who has been coaching for years at a high level and someone starting out.

Will do! Yes there is!
I love these videos! Diego seems to be such an amazing coach. And his brother is one of the nicest and most loved WPT players ever. Can you make another video with your summary of what you learned here? Listening to the same concepts explained in different ways helps. Vamoooossss!!!

Top content!
Great content! Very interesting regarding the wrist. The fact with "not breaking" the wrist. Breaking it results in compression of the wrist which was exactly how i injured my wrist and ended up with surgery

@@OtroNivelPadel it's better thank you but I will probably never play completely pain free or without a special brace which sucks.

I don't get the point about how the vibora finish should be tight and more in front close to the hip. Like you're basically stopping your motion. To me that's how you injure yourself (when you force a stop to quick arm motions), plus when I looked at Sanyo Gutierrez, he follows through with the racquet further back, with the tip pointing towards the back. Feels more natural that way.
