Great tips! Instead of a Ziploc bag to store parts in the fridge, I bought a few extra wet dry bags so I could wash and reuse them. I also have a thick icepack made for bottles or cans that I use to store my milk and pump parts in the thermal part of my pump bag. It stayed cold for 12 hours today!

Great idea! I only work 1 day a week so I normally wash my ziplock out and it has time to dry.

Can you do a video on maybe the do’s and dont’s of eating while in labor? Or maybe why or why not? Some moms have HOURS long labors and it seems ridiculous and kinda unsafe that you can’t eat/replenish your energy while in labor! I really enjoy your input and your videos are so educating, I just haven’t seen much on this subject and feel it’s worth talking about!!

My baby was 6 weeks premature & in the NICU where he was bottle fed. I wanted to breastfeed. So far haven't been successful. Can you do a video on how to get a bottle fed baby to breastfeed?

Hi there! I love your content and have used your videos with my last pregnancy to keep me informed. ❤️ I do have a random question that I feel has never been answered. I just found out I am pregnant and am about 4w5d and I have my first ultrasound scheduled for 8 weeks for the pregnancy confirmation. My question is: how come some people will get blood tests early pregnancy to test hcg in blood and to make sure the amount is going up every few days as needed. Whereas sometimes they only schedule you for the 8 week ultrasound with no blood work before hand?

My drive to work is an hour long so I feed baby before I leave for work then when I get to work (half an hour or so early) I pump before I start pump twice during work then pump either before I go home or on the way home

Nope! It’s about milk ducts. I have a large breastmilk storage capacity and relatively small breasts. 😊

Hi Elizabeth. I have a supply question for you. With my daughter I had a low supply of milk. I did everything under the sun to produce more and nothing worked. Do you think I will have the same issue with my second baby or is it different for each child? I had to supplement with formula with my daughter which I'm so grateful was available, but I would love to not have to supplement with number 2. Loved all of your labor tips by the way! I had an amazing natural birth that I can't wait to do all over again.

Do you have tips for helping baby get milk out of your breast more effectively? I have very slow flow nipples and because of it, my little one has to work really hard to get enough. Because of this, he gets sleepy and has lost a bit of weight and I have to supplement formula. I'm trying to pump and feed it to him, but it takes 30 minutes on each side to get 3 ounces total.
