1) could you pls tell how you managed to arrange stays at the exam city , if you were at the exam city earlier than the exam date..... 2) also how should we take the residence arrangement when coming first to germany, because after passing aufnahme we have to move to the particular city where we got the admission,, so how should we take our first stay while coming newly to germany inorder to write aufnahme ? do we have to take any kind of temporary residence arrangement?? pls do reply

Is Aufnahmetest tough for non EU citizen?

I have Studienkollege exam in Heidelberg now, on 4th October. The last exams I gave , I passed them easily BUT because of the competition and close dates got screwed. I'm 100 sure I'll pass this exam But again, the competition is the only thing keeping me from getting into it

Could you expalin the pattern of the exam? As in if the exam has all 4 modules, lesen, schreiben, hoeren, sprechen, or just fill the blanks.

You don't apply straight to studienkolleg, first you need to address your univeristy which you plan learning in.

You said you was native german, then why did you attended studienkolleg

I think study every day but I feel friends

In general when do we have the exams I mean in which month 🤔..... cause within a year or so there ain't be any virus to delay the exam date so we would have the exam on the month or a specific time of the month ..... as it used to occur before the virus started spreading

So if you start studienkolleg in the Sommersemester your FSP will be in January :) if you start in the Wintersemester it will most likely be in june

Oh okay that makes sense now! I actually dont remember the exact date but i think the aufnahmeprüfung was about about a week before classes started. So mine was some time in April :) probably mid april actually

erfan radfar also ich fand es war schon sehr anspruchsvoll und ich habe viel gelernt vor allem im letzten semester! Natürlich kann man auch eine 1,0 bekommen aber dafür muss man sehr hart arbeiten :)

Do I need language proficiency certificate from TestDaf or etc to apply for studienkolleg I mean how they know my german language level ? I learned german by myself so I didn't attend any language courses

You can just apply to any of the institute for exams only

Yes, you should have a certificate to have some type of proof of your language proficiency. Some people also attend a language school and get a certificate in the end but in your case TestDaf should work. Maybe talk to your Studienkolleg or the school you want to attend and make sure they will accept TestDaf, just in case.

Yes that is also true. You can take the FSP as an 'External Student'. But I think in that case you still need to provide proof of your language proficiency.

About 3 days to a week

I have entrance exam on 26 June 2021, Just did B2 last Friday and got bombed by this close date. Oh well time to watch them videos, learn them books and download them pdf sample papers. Also you passing 2 Studienkolleg is the biggest flex ever. Also I am a medical student and choosing M course.

Zwei für jedes Fach. Also insgesamt 8 im 2. Semester und dann noch die FSP dazu. Im ersten Semester waren es mehr weil man in Deutsch mehrere Klausuren schreibt.

Dear Usman Aslam. This depends on your own German skills and other skills in maths, physics, biology, chemics or economics. In some Aufnahmetests you also have to pass a test in maths. Few Aufnahmetests also include tests in physics, biology, chemics or economics, depending on your study course. If your German skills are at Niveau B1 you really need several months. If you want to study in Germany in Wintersemester 2021/2022 you should start learning German from know on. So, you can maybe pass the Aufnahmeprüfung in July/August 2021. With us, you can prepare specifically for Aufnahmetests in different German Studienkollegs. Best regards from Germany!

I finished my secondary school 3yrs ago. Got accepted into a studienkolleg in Germany but I have to take this exam. I don't think I can remember all I did in secondary school anymore. Where do I even start from?

Trust me, when I started Studienkolleg I was out of school for about 3 years too! You won't be alone! A lot of students go back to studienkolleg after they took some years off from school. I think what would be the best idea is to go to the Studienkollegs website and find a list of everything you will learn in your classes. That way you can see if you still remember some stuff and you will know how many new things you will learn. Sometimes the website even recommends books for you to buy. However, don't stress too much before attending studienkolleg! You will learn everything you need to know there :) Sure, having some previous knowledge will give you an advantage but it is no big deal f some things you are learning are completely new to you. As for German, just read and watch movies in that language. That always helped me a lot!

If you already have a diploma equivalent to the Abitur then you do not need to attend Studienkolleg :) you should be fine going straight to university :) !

Dear @Abhijeet Malik, Studienkollegs in Germany offer Aufnahmeprüfungen with different task typs. Some Studienkollegs include only C-Tests and Grammar tasks, other Studienkollegs include also Reading or Listening comprehension. If you want to study medicine, pharmacy, biology, sports or nutrition you have to pass M course. If you want to study history, arts or language science like German science you have to pass G or S course. T course is for technical study programms and W course for business and economics study programmes. So far I know for M course, there is German and Mathematics ( which is bad for me bieng a M student). How did you prepare for this exam? I've come to learn that the examiners tell which verb form to use as you described. So that's a relief cuz I just solved the papers but wrong forms screwed me. I don't know how online paper will go. Your hardwork payed off.

I think it’s always best to download the practice exams from the studienkollegs website. They are On what the real Aufnahmeprüfung is going to be like. Then you should see whats going to be on the exam

You need a degree certificate to the Studienkolleg, which entitles you to study in your home country. 2. ,You also need a student visa and 3. a certificate proving your German language skills (usually B1). In a few Studienkollegs you have to pass in Aufnahmeprüfung also a Test in Biology. Studienkollegs in Germany offer Aufnahmetests with different task typs.
