panther F with top mounted gun sight which means you can bush up the entire turret front: Hello same with AMX30 ACRA which has gun sight right above the gun in front, allows you to bush up the whole turret. lot of tanks are like this

As someone who has used it in sim... I guess I've gotten lucky that I haven't been team killed. Although it's only been a few battles so there's always the chance lol

If you use the laser rangefinder it applies the appropriate coincidence to the scope at the range you measured. This means you don't have to worry about the sight offset from the barrel since the round will hit in the centre of your crosshair at the distance the rangefinder is ranged for. Use it to mitigate the enormous gap between the sights and the gun in modern tanks, even useful at close range to ensure you don't hit buildings and can shoot closer to the corner

A song from 2:12 is a track from Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare (2007) as others commented (and also Malzi itself it the vid description). It's composer is Harry Gregson-Williams. But what others did miss out is that the original for the sounds is a track called "Better Man" composed also by Harry Gregson-Williams. It's 12th track taken from the soundtrack for Kingdom of Heaven (2005), an epic medieval historical drama directed by Ridley Scott. Funnily enough, the part of the song that starts playing at 2:12 in Malzi'v video also starts at 2:12 in the song itself.

The sim grind continues! Top tier sim battles can be fun but they’re mostly just infuriating. I typically stick to the WW2 tiers for sim.

@@astolfolameu8140 Its not that people don't want to play top tier sim, its that its literally too cancerous to play. Ka-50 spam is no fucking joke at that tier, I litreally bring 2 spaas just to take them out and its not even close to enough to get rid of them.

Ngl I love sim battles. It makes it so much more fair, as you cant just 3rd person peak everywhere. I just like how much more variety there is with combat, people bounce/shatter more often, or flat out miss because that's just how it is with gun sights etc. Just all around more fun in my opinion The only downside is next to no one plays it, so queue times are like 5-10 minutes.

It would be interesting to have the appropriate MBTs be equipped with GPS unit positioning maps; it would show friendlies on the mini map. Not to mention that western vehicles can sent GPS coordinates at whatever was it was pointed at when laser rangefinding.

@@GittingGud1 That's combat scenario in missile rich environment, chief. You can hover, but hover is how you make yourself vulnerable to laser guided missiles. And in plain places like Ukraine there is not enough cover in many places, fields look like objects failed to load.

Gaijin could fix that problem by adding helis to SBEC(air) because PVE as it is now its just boring

Sims at top tier are so fun since it’s either new players trying it out, or people who are grinding and need a shortcut. There’s really not many professionals on simulator unless you’re extremely unlucky to come across them

hey Malzi, you seem have a hard time shooting in close quarters, might want to use custom Sim sights you can download it so you don't need to use laser rangefinder if you're in a pinch

Day 6 of asking Malzi to play french tier 1 reserve vehicles, no premiums, no planes, arcade or sim, on controller, no bushes

My top tier simulator experience so far: -If i start with the Apache AH MK1 a Pantsir kills me. -I Start with the Challenger a K52/KA50 kills me.

i play sim air battles and have fun in those but have never played sim ground because my timezone is weird so whenever im online there are basically zero people playing sim ground. Last time i tried to play ground sim i waited like ten minutes before giving up with the matchmaker and switching to another gamemode

I’m not sure if you know this already but if you rangefind on a tank it can tell you if they’re an enemy or not

In Sim, the keys T, 4 and 1, IN THAT ORDER, will save your life 90% of the time

the best part is you can first spawn as a plane or helicopter with ordnance... you don't even need to spawn tanks in top tier ground sim :)))

They should add the gunner offset sight to RB. Would make it less of a point and click barrel shooting adventure. = more fun :) Edit: It would also add a bit more of a skill gap to vehicles - having to get used to where the sight is vs the bore.
