for anyone who may not want to go deep in the mines to get iron ore, i found when first creating my desmelter, that buckets are quite a decent source of iron, id recommend clearing a few levels of the mines and grab any you find, then break them with a pickaxe or something, and youll get two iron ores, it will take some time, but its the best way if you dont wanna go down to iron level

5:00 I keep one of multiple types of food in the first chest, one pile of logs, and a few pieces of grass. That way I can put different types of food in the chest, and they’ll stack in into their respective slots. In the second chest, I stack arrow crafting mats. With all the slots filled with a single spriggul bone (when I chop the legs), a single bone spike (when I chop bones), a single arrow feather (when I chop feathers), and a single arrow shaft (when I chop wood sticks). Depending on how many of each may, I’ll put a single stack in multiple slots. Then I’ll pile spriggul legs, bones, feathers, or wood sticks in the chest. Then I’ll start hacking. Next, I’ll clear a slot and begin assembling arrows and drop them straight into the chest. Then I’ll bring the chopped spriggul meat back to the first chest to cook. Thanks for the video. 5:30 Before you put the food in, put the grass BEHIND the chest. Pile some logs on it. Open the chest, then you can pile food in the BOTTOM and TOP of the chest. Use a lit torch to light the grass. I keep a pile of logs in the bottom right slot so I can easily grab one or two to add it to the pile if need be. If I finish cooking BEFORE the fire burns out, and I am around, I’ll grab the burning grass and put it in the slot above the wood logs to put it out save it for next time. You can also save the partially burned logs in other slots, or let the server delete them… Side note: make sure you put single stacks in multiple slots if you have a bunch of something that will require more than one stack to accommodate. Furthermore, I keep torches with flint in the holders outside the room. I grab two as I head in that way I can light the ceiling light and place the torches on the counter for more light. Then I just put the torches back in the holders. 7:00 Place a few pieces of lit grass wads along your path. Go back and drop a second wad on each lit one. As the first set goes out, the second set will re-light the first set. When the second goes out, the first re-lights the second. Drop three or four wads on each pile for more light. The wads will disappear after awhile, so you can make torches instead. On the lower levels, torches with flint heads can be used as pickaxes.

dude I remember it was my first time in the dust bowl on a server I made for fun, and then I walk to the back chest and then out pops a crystal worm. I have a tip with gathering up cooked food like a uncut pumpkin or uncut chicken what you do is grab it all once it’s cooked put it in your hot bar hover the chicken over a shelf slot then start cutting it the bone and the chicken will be automatically put in a chelf so u don’t have the pain of gathering up stuff if you don’t have a net

Honestly just bucket farm. You can break them to get iron ingots which can get you the smelter much faster.

Actually fires cooks food faster based on the amount of fuel used on the fire.

Dismantle the bucket then smelt the iron plates and buckles down for lots of iron

As a tip for chest cookers, you can use a piece of grass and coal as a cleaner and more compact method.

When I try to cook meat I set it down near the fire and it only burns up..so I don't get why your chicken is not and u can place on open flame?

Most people need the iron FOR the disassembler. I have seen zero KZreadrs that understand that 🤣 I'm so glad I was able to get deep enough in the cave to find iron xD

Anyone know how to add a lantern to a pickaxe on quest?

Yeah, it has to be the standard wooden handle, place it on the upper right side, you will need to hold the pickaxe in your left hand, and lantern in your right. Hope this helps.

@@NagasakiiVR hey is there a limit for the void storage? I threw about 20 items in there incluing pouches and only got 4 or 5 item from the mailbox. I didnt here bottom hitting sound when i throw them. How long does it take to hear it if i didnt successfully throw it in the void storage? And also how long does it take to get the item from the mail box?

the only thing i can really say is that i am just so disappointed. you made a lot of great tips, but fall short of actually explaining them fully. if you would like, i can write a document explaining every issue and explain how to fix it in the future? i really dont want to sound mean here, as i want to see you improve and make the best videos you can. you hold a lot of power over the knowledge of new players. they deserve better.

How the fuck are you meant to smelt red iron without reaching lvl 20 in the mines and completing the combat trial? By that stage we had plenty of mats for red iron already from hitting up the chests in the mine itself and killing the stone golem things. You took a quarter of the video to point out chests when you could just say, explore the surface. But besides that, most of the chests are locked behind things that require a fair amount of resources and the recycler itself isn't cheap. Why are you assuming we have everything unlocked if we're new players? The torches are no where near as automatic as the chest cooking method. Why not teach that? OK, nets exist. That is a somewhat useful tip. But did you have to show you making it? What does that add to the video when the in game info is already sufficient? The actual tip here is the handle thing as that is not at all obvious and took an accident on my part to find out. It's also worth mentioning that it helps you get it off your belt if it has a handle. Otherwise you have to reposition your grip. Oh, nvm. You did teach the chest cooking method. The money making method looks good but we don't have the coin press unlocked because we have no idea what we can use coins for. You go into a bunch of detail about where surface chests are and show yourself making a net but just assume that we all know we have a void box or where it is? Go watch your other vids, good tip, I have been watching your blacksmithing vids for inspiration and mythbusters vids. I might check out your shrine vids because blacksmithing is pretty hard to level. But why are you in the dark barely visible? Couldn't you wait until daytime or find somewhere with torches? Ok the kill another player tip isn't a bad tip either. But again, it's in the dark. Lol, this is how to spend money on the game. OK? Isn't this part required to play the game in the first place? Or is it possible to accidentally skip it? Oh wow, that's how you plant tomato and pumpkin. My friends and I thought the seeds were a rare drop.

you can teleport to pass over nearly every place exept for the bridge like mountain pass and for the forest but for the place where you will find wyvern you only need a firework or dynamite to open the path after that where they is nothing build check on the left side you can tp over the rock and climb this way. sorry if i the explanation isn't perfect
