Dudley isn't a parody of Tyson or Ali, or Bruce Lee, he's a parody of Cris Eubank. This is why I like him so much.

fun fact Balrog's boxing style is sluggerfist which is why it's not as stylish and has some power into it

Thanks! Even though I'm not as experienced with SNK fighters as I am with other games, I really like a lot of the characters from the SNK fighting game library. Since I was familiar with Vanessa before I learned about all the Fatal Fury games, I have a fondness for her over the other SNK boxers, but Strowd is a unique character that deserved some recognition.

Definitely would've put Steve Fox above Balrog, personally. Balrog's great, as any boxer based off "Iron" Mike Tyson should be, but Steve Fox _is_ boxing, he's like a walking homage to all the different styles and methods out there, and there's such an honesty to his style amongst all the ridiculous nonsense Tekken presents, from androids to demon eye lasers, that deserves recognition.

Great idea Bobby Serrano! I could see so many fighting game magic users in my eyes. There's Zelda and Robin in Super Smash Bros, Platinum the Trinity and the Phantom Nine in Blazblue, Yasuzumi Yoriko and Dorothy Albright in Arcana Heart and even any character in any Touhou fighting game. Plus if want to know any of these games, do some research on them. Ok?

There are at least 3 though(2 actual mothers and 1 that can be considered as such). C.Viper, Sonia and Nina Williams(if you consider Steve Fox to be a kind of a son to her, at least genetically speaking)... No wait, there are 4. Justice from Guilty Gear. She may look like a a very advanced Mecha but she is still Dizzy's mother.

Tony redgrave lives he started as a kickboxer in tekken 2 but then changed his style to Muay Thai by tekken 5, Brian's style is kickboxing

Honorable mention to the characters of Black And Bruised. Jackpot, Ally Gator, Tiny, Royal Pain, Pharaoh, Kid U.S.A., Bronto Sore, Odiva, Old Master, King Khan, Matador, etc...

Blarog doesn't deserves to be in any other list but the losers one. Top 3 Boxers are Dudley, Vanessa and TJ.

Vanessa should be number one, just because she's a female boxer and over 30. Such rarity deserves recognition. Also, it's adorable the way she shakes her hands after a continuous punch streak.

Seeing Lei in the Steve section and the announcement of his return into Tekken 7 has made me want a top ten homage characters (ie all the Bruce Lee inspired characters, Jackie Chan has Lei Wulong, Andre the Giant got Hugo, Rey Mysterio has El Blaze (I think) etc.)

Yugo from bloody roar is by far my favorite, that's how a boxer fights on the streets, faster and also with more speed and more organic moveset.

Balrog (M.Bison) is so iconic as a boxer that he´s called as "the boxer" in FGC. (I know it´s called that way because the name confusion, but it´s cool anyway)

dudley is the most badass character in SF. i wish they would bring him back

Personally, I'd have swapped Balrog and Dudley's positions. Balrog's become pretty much redundant since they introduced Dudley, and it definitely shows in what they can respectably do.

There's also J. McCoy from Kaiser Knuckle. He has quite the aggressive playstyle and he also does jumpkicks and slides, but his main style is boxing. And Shen Woo's style isn't boxing, just pure street fighting

TJ Combo(from the first two KIs) over Balrog for me with Steve in 3rd place followed by Dudley and the guy from Fight Night Champion. Since that is an all new original character.

You should do the Top 10 fighting characters of different franchise games. Like do a different video for MK, Injustice, Street Fighter, Soul Calibur, Smash Bros, Skullgirlsz, etc. You could do best designed or most memorable, or even just do who's the strongest character, either in game or in lore. I feel weird this comment isn't short, but you're my favorite Top 10 guy simply cause you do fighting games so much. And I'd really like to know your opinion on any of the subjects on all the games i mentioned. And I know you always cover multiple franshises, but if you ever wanna switch it up, pretty please tap this idea.

A few years ago, I had the plan on once I cover every playable character from a franchise, I'd do a top ten for that fighting game series, but since that's taking longer than expected, it's an idea that's certainly on the table. That being said, there are only a few Skullgirls characters left that I haven't spoken about, so maybe that idea is closer than I think.

If you'd be willing to share, can I ask what you were planning for the criteria of the list? Because personally my favorite franshise are BalzBlue and MK, and I know that every single one of the criteria I mentioned would have drastically different lists for them. I'm just curious because if you're taking suggestions I'd love you to do a more opinionated one rather than a tier list type video, unless its your personal tier list that'd be pretty cool. You didn't mention Yugo from Bloody Roar. He's got a few kicks, but most of his input commands that involve the kick button are for bobbing and weaving. Also, he's a warewolf
