They're not any more attractive than average (unless perhaps you have a distinct attraction to features an ftm guy is more likely to have). Have you actually met a lot of trans guys in real life? Or are you just basing this comment off videos of trans guys youve seen on KZread/TikTok? Cuz obviously the really attractive ones end up being the most popular, but they don't represent the entire demographic.

I had my tonsils out when I was five (I'm in my 60s, back then the pulled the suckers for any and every reason). They grew back. Can't happen, I know - they 'missed' some of the cells, yada, yada, yada, Had them out again at seven. They grew back. Can't happen, I know ' they 'missed' some of the cells, yada, yada, yada...except they didn't. Had them out again just before my eighth birthday. So, I'm pregnant with my first child, (not at ten, thank you) have a thorough checkup and my OB says...yeah, their back. After delivery, we had the damn things roto-rooted out. Next baby a year later...and they're back. Moral of the story: You're a wonderful young man, I'm sorry you had a fight with this but you're doing great!

That Doctor did my reconstruction surgery after a double mastectomy. He’s such a kind person. I’m really happy with his work.

I went to a surgeon who didn't do drains. And I had no complications. This was a good surgeon I went to. I live in ontario canada so i went to a surgeon in mississauga. I did have dog ears though, but I was over weight when I got this done. I got a revision but I still have a bit of a dog ear on the left.

Hi, me again. Blowing up the comments in your videos!! Remember this when considering future surgeries!! You are perfect right now!! Unique in exactly the way you are meant to be!!! You are positive, strong and inspiring!! Just keep focusing on the self love you talked about!!! And not to sound contradicting, but is there a way you could tattoo the scarring to "lighten" it to not appear so large if that's something still weighing you down. Less invasive and more affordable. But sounds like tapping out is a good decision for you in this matter! As always, wishing you the best!

I'm so glad you shared this and that I'm not the only one... unfortunately my first surgery still left me with like DDD breasts, because the doc did not explain to me that doing nipple sparing requires some tissue to be left behind. If you're AFAB trans looking to get top surgery, PLEASE don't be afraid to be picky with your surgeon if you can. I went to the first surgeon I was "matched" with and it's been the worst experience of my life. I wish there were more trans folks talking about what can go wrong and how it will be a very painful, stressful, and sometimes traumatizing process. I'm hoping it'll be worth it once I can afford a revision....

Hey man, you probably won't see this but I just need to ask for some advice. I'm currently going through the same thing. Had surgery in February 2019, and my areolas ended up way too big so I had a revision in October. They're now a bit smaller but still too large. I'm just so fucking frustrated because it's not THAT big of a deal but it's so disappointing. I don't really know what to do. Do you have any advice?

My top surgery went pretty great... besides that both my nipple grafts failed. And then the nip-hole scars have tried to pull themselves together so I have two pink lines on my chest instead of pink scars. Sigh.

I think you have to be comepletely out because it takes a few hours depending on the surgeon, method and country.

awesome video it's good knowing I'm not the only person who had complications with top surgery for me it was discoloration tho and you pass so well I'm 4 years on T and I'm very jealous and happy for you I'm trying to save up for FMS surgeries (I'll ignore any transphobic comments)

Kadomex Don’t do them at the same time!! It’s too much. I’m not trans but I’ve had a hysterectomy and a major breast reduction. They’re both going to be big surgeries that each comes with it’s own set of emotions. I’m actually shocked that doctors would do both at the same time. Just be careful please and only do what YOU want. Don’t be pressured!

Those who can't afford top surgery, don't swet it, compassionate self acceptance is the path to contentment!

I'm not an LGBT individual but I need surgery for a medical condition but I'm being refused due to a medical condition I was born with FAS and it has nothing to due with swelling of the chest in males. But they compare me to FtM transgender which is Mental health how you feel and not Physical medical health. from Birth.

Please look up KZread's: Tranpa 101: Trans Man Vaginal Atrophy. Check out this Buck Angel site/upload, Buck identifies as binary and uses the pronouns he and his. He discusses Trans men's health and this is an issue that is very important. Don't know if you're familiar with this particular issue caused by taking testosterone, a lot in the community don't - even medical professionals know very little about it but it's a thing. Apologies if this triggers you, apologies if I've offended you - I don't mean to. I just think this is important to know as this condition can and does occur with long-term testosterone use and can cause septicaemia resulting in death.

I am gay man, so I am still working hard to understand all what's it's like to be a transgender person. I'm always looking for folks to help educate me on the subject. One thing that puzzles me is that transgender FTM always want the top surgery because it helps match body to mind. I understand that. But why doesn't lower surgery matter just as much? Outwardly a transgender person looks male, but below the waist they are still female. I guess I don't understand how a transgender FTM person can have it both ways.

Kal Robbins most ftm’s do want bottom surgery, but tbh the options we have right now are.. not great. Penises that have to be pumped up before sex, lots of surgery complications, etc. It’s not that we don’t want it, it’s just not worth it right now

The other thing that confuses me is how can an FTM who says they're gay be gay in a relationship with a man if they never have bottom surgery? I don't know, like I said I need more education but it sounds like an FTM want the best of both worlds. They want to be seen as a man but yet live life as a woman when it's convenient.

Dayam.... sux eh to have an anomaly. But there is a thing called medical tatooing. Some artists are so good that the nipple looks real. You could try them and they can tatoo around the areola in your skin colour to make it look smaller. Just a suggestion. Find a GOOD tattooist

I'm now 10 weeks post-op peri-areola and the very same thing is happening to me. I need to wait until september for revision and my surgeon already told me it may stretch again. Thank you for sharing your story and showing me I'm not alone
