Best thing to do for your health - don't watch the news. The world has had negative and unfortunate events all through history - now the endless footage with added breathless dramatic presentation is making us sick. Compare the "news" from years and years ago to now, and you'll see the difference. We shouldn't call it the "news" anymore - we should call it "how to feel more depressed". We don't need to feel in a constant state of fight and fear of everything. This is unhealthy.

Well one the towing companies were probably hit just as bad as everyone else. Two until they identify the tornado type and extent of damage no real damage cleanup can happen outside of trying to save people from the wreckage. So until they get the go ahead cleanup crews hands are tied. I lived through one and until they were done investigating stuff nothing could be moved outside of for emergency vehicles which are first priority. The people come first.
