Currently in most states it is fine to delete a child up to 9 months, I bet you did not know that. Some even survive only to be deleted outside the the mother's body after the ordeal. So no it isn't her right that should be observed after the infants heart beats in viability no more than it would be her right to delete the baby once it is born.
