Evans, you actually asked silly questions. What is the essence of labour law when a person's pension is at risk? What is so peculiar about the property that they want to sell at all costs? Well, when it comes to medical doctors and lecturers in Ghana, they mostly don't succumb to the corrupt dealings of the government. If you have nothing to offer, allow them to protect their future.

This sale of SSNIT can best be described as an Eibusua Panyin who is selling the family properties against the will of all the family members... very interesting. A word to the wise...

So they should sell their stake to a former Government official. All the labour commission is saying, dont sell. Lets sit down and look for a better way. Government is the insensitive party here. But as usual. The Party first, even if Ghanaians should rot. N this is the Best President since independence. Sad indeed. God is going Judge each of us.

I wonder if Labour Union leaders have considered seriously the impact of what they are doing. Are they comfortable that their contribution is not bringing in the needed returns. Unfortunately the poor worker with lower salary suffers. SSNIT should be handed over to them to run, if they don't recognise where their authority ends. They should wait till they go on Pension and they will see some of these bad decisions they took. If SSNIT doesn't increase your pension because then you'll see. Hmmm

It's not even about the sales, they will use their position to sabotage the next government who comes to power, it's dangerous to sell majority sake of state assets to a private especially when affiliated to a political party
