In 2023, Prison Fellowship, the nation’s largest Christian nonprofit serving prisoners, former prisoners, and their families, announced a partnership with the Come and See Foundation to stream The Chosen-a multi-season television show about the life and ministry of Jesus Christ-into hundreds of prisons in the United States.
Now, in this video, incarcerated men reflect on the profound impact the series has had on their lives behind bars. From moments of hope and redemption, to scenes of forgiveness and faith, their insights provide a unique perspective on the Gospel themes explored in The Chosen.

Just Nine months ago i walked out this same prison ! The same prison were I met Jesus Christ . I literally served the Lord in ministry with each and everyone of these brothers on this video ! Thank You PFA for everything yall do for us . I would not be the man of God I am now with out yall .

I knew the chosen had actually helped a lot of people, but I’m very glad that it is helping these people I’m not gonna say inmates prisoners because they are people as long as they take God into their heart, and they know he died on the cross they can be forgiven of their sins, and I pray for themand their loved ones
I relate to feeling inadequate. I've never been in literal prison, but I've felt like it at times because someone who struggles with addiction and recovery. I'm seeing progress every day and The Chosen has greatly impacted me and reminded me that Jesus wants my heart and the rest will come. It's so cool seeing the show impact those in jail like that! I'm praying for them!
