I dislike having to return items but these should be returned so you can get your money back and INFORM the company about their quality issues.

You can get get good quality cutleries from US. I bought some, some years ago. I think it was from Macy's they had large selection of brands.

Totally agree, I bought one hand steamer, I thought that's what they use at the dry cleaners so let me cut them out lol. Is Bel... brand or something beginning with B, can't even remember was totally rubbish and is in the box somewhere. I've yet to contact the company to let them know how rubbish their product is. It wasn't that expensive though.
