What do you guys think of the sunscreens I tried in the video? What sunscreen do you use now? All of the sunscreens I tested are 100% mineral/physical sunscreens. They are safe to use if you have concerns about spf ingredient safety. Suitable for sensitive skin too.

We appreciate the quantity of sunscreen you actually apply. So many people use just a drop and are surprised when it doesn’t have a white cast. Thank you for giving us an accurate review

This is the most honest sunscreen review video I have found on KZread. Most of them just apply one tiny drop on their hands and be like oh it's gone. Utter BS. Thank you for actually making a practical video. Subscribed.

I am a darker complexion. The Avene SPF you have tried I heard people said they change their formula and they're not happy about it. The one I have is a liquid (not thick) consistency. It left a slight white cast on my face, but after a few minutes the cast mostly fades away. I think the older formula would blend way better on your face than mines since it work pretty well for me. I still have my old formula and I only use it occasionally now.

The struggle in real for dry skin POC to find a good mineral sunscreen that is somewhat affordable 😭😭.

Olay mineral sunscreen!!! that would be my year round sunscreen if it was water resistant . I’m dark skin & it leaves no white cast I would only suggest to apply it in two parts instead of all at once so it’ll blend better

I'm a little lighter than you and have used the Australian Gold. Easy to spread, smooth, no pills, no white cast but it's drying. The Avene, I love it. I didn't have the same result as you have in this video. I might try the Prem... Thanks for the reviews

I greatly appreciate your honest review. I have made a decision not to buy any of them. The elta MD spf 46 so far tops the list. Not willing to swap that for anything

I think it's really hard to find a physical sunscreen with no white cast at all if you have light skin, but with brown and dark skin, it's literally impossible. However, I think the Dr Dennis Gross is not too bad. There is a white cast, but it's not too noticeable. (By the way, you are suppose to check it a lot before using normally which is why there is a ball inside). I have tried the Dr Dennis Gross in the past and it's better than some chemical sunscreen, but I will keep using chemical sunscreen though.

Pipette Baby Mineral Sunscreen is made by the same company and is a nearly identical formula to the Biossance sunscreen. I was excited to try it because my skin loves squalane, but it was soooooo greasy!

Try the Badger Balm Clear Zinc sunscreen. That one may work. It will probably leave a little bit of a white cast, but nothing too crazy. And it’s very hydrating.

Supposed to apply the length of two fingers of SPF. You can stagger applying them. Your videos are great!

With avene, you should buy the tinted mineral one, they have it for the colored skin

Lakshmi I suggest you try Suntegrity Impeccable Sand (more coverage) or Suntegrity 5 in 1 Golden Light (less coverage.) I think for your skin tone you will need a mineral sunscreen with some tint in it. They are both moisturiizing so great for dry skin.

Biore UV perfect milk and purito comfy sunscreen. Both are matte and help with my super oily tzone 🙌🏻

Im a cricketer . Medium skin tone. As a cricketer the most white cast will be useful for 50 overs match in sun. So could you please suggest me an white cast sunscreen. But little oily skin for me.

Have u tried the ordinary mineral sunscreen spf 30? It works for me and I have darker skin than you and I tend to over apply it. Like 2 time sized amounts or one full teaspoon for whole face and neck. It has a purple cast which goes away in 10 minutes. If you moisturize before applying it, it goes away even faster

I am about three/four shades darker than her, and the Dr. Dennis Gross works well for me. Unfortunately, it is no longer available. It was my go-to sunscreen because it's not greasy and does not leave me lookin like a ghost. Back to square one...

I use the Dr.Dennis Gross one and sometimes use the make prem mixed with my moisturizer. Depends on the weather and activity

Sunscreen is so hard, my face hates sunscreen ahaha the chemical ones are either too hydrated or contain so much alcohol that sting, on the other hand mineral sunsceens literally make me look like a corpse since i have olive skin or they just peel 😭 idk anymore

I haven't found any suitable moisturizer for my oily sensitive acne prone skin 😭 and I love in a hot humid weather.. I also need matte finish...I feel like It's just impossible to find any 🥵

I use Axis Y No Stress Physical Sunscreen... It feels like heaven on my brown skin :D

Haha. I use the Dr.Dennis Gross one. It’s better than a lot of other ones I tried. And I mix the make prem one with a moisturizer. It gives me a slight cast but I can cover it up with makeup

Lol I brought avene and tried for first time.. OMG it my face doesn’t match my neck, it’s so white 🌝

This is the wrong way to apply mineral sunscream. That's why. You need to apply a serum or moisturiser first. And then apply thin layer on each part of your face. You may apply another layer after that, but not thick layer at once and all on your face at once like that. For sure, your way leaves white cast.

Avene was a total disaster..😂😂😂 What about avene tinted one?

The compact version? I tried the compact version which comes with a sponge. Didnt work for my skin tone/shade. And it’s waay pricey for the amount you get.

Please please warm the sunscreens in your hands THEN apply it on your face. Or spend a generous time spreading it around face instead of waiting for it to completely dry

Avene’s sunscreen doesn’t fit with any skin tone, I’m pretty much lighter than you and I look like a ghost when I try it, its really awful!

Ow my god, that Avene was horrible! 😂 The whitest person in the world would still have a cast on their skin; nevermind somebody with darker skin
