Top of the class for the WANI LIGHT 2?

Woody Valley have released a new paragliding harness to challenge the competitors in the reversible 'hike and fly' category. Featuring an inflatable airbag protector, integrated reserve and spacious backpack, it impresses with clean visual design and comfortable finishes. What's it like to carry, and more important, how does it feel in the air?

Hey guys, do you know that the front strap can be tightened if you want less roll movement? Look on the video, the test has been done with the strap fully open! No wonder that the tester found it very responsive!. The test should have been done with the strap tighten in the middle position to give an impartial judgment or at adjusted so that the distance between the carabiners is in accordance with what the wing maker says. Tighten the strap and made the test again. Would be interesting what you will say hey. I did it myself and can confirm there is a huge difference! The wani light 2 is a great harness, I think the best of his category, like the wani light was!

If you tighten a bit the main horizontal strap and also the chest or abs strap the harness will do less roll feeling with a dampened response. Would be nice if the harness functional without seatplate, especially for students. Just a theory.

@@simondoreille2888 We've not specifically planned to review the Verso 3, simply because we don't have the resources to review everything. IMHO the Verso 3 is a very nice reversible harness, in keeping with the same philosophy as the original Verso, improvements and updates as described in the product description. I would be suprised if you were not very happy with the upgrade. However, me being pilot/customer/quality focused, rather than brand focused, I'd encourage you to consider the similar offerings from other brands too. Glad you like all the free info we produce for the freeflight community. For more detailed/expert/tailored advice we offer our match service for customers: flybubble.com/flybubble-match-service

My experience isn't great tbh. I purchased this harness when it first came out in November last year and was told I should expect to see it within 10-15 days... Turns out they "went on break" & "ran out of stock" so dispatched it on 18th of January this year!!! Today is the 8th of February! 3 months later and still no sign of it and they won't provide a tracking number. So excited to see it but a terrible company to deal with and won't be dealing with them again. Word of warning, only purchase the from your dealer if they have it there in stock. I've been chasing it up every second day for 3months... These guys are impossible, and I'm still waiting.....................

Thanks for the review! How is the wani 3 compared to the wani light 2 and altirando light? This summer I was using my new wani light 2 and I found it way to unstable for me and I could not fly relaxed the whole holiday. I am still a beginner and I liked your review of the altirando light for my skill level. My school sold me the wani light 2 as a beginner harness. The school might change it for a wani 3 but is not a supair dealer. So long story short; how do the 3 compare? Thanks in advance

I find it strange that when in "harness mode," the inner zipper does not have double pulls so you can zip the backpack strapping and waist belt into its own dust free compartment. Instead they use a couple clips and all the dirt can migrate to the main storage compartment....

There are a couple of places to ridge soar but not many but i also like to go to oludeniz on hols once a yera and fly babadag. What sort of wing would be a good alrounder and would a single skin be an option. Many thanks.
