Hey thanks for the video, just a question you said that in relation tuberous sclerosis, cardiac rhabdomyoma can form and can cause the ball-valve and low grade fever. Shouldnt that relate to atrial myxoma? Atrial myxoma is a benign proteinaceous tumor, than can lead to the ball-valve, leading to episodes of syncope, especially when standing and the reason for the low grade fever is the secretion of IL-6 by the tumor itself. In 80% of the cases atrial myxoma is located in the left atrium.
Like others have mentioned I have binged hours of your content s/p UW first pass and youre covering questions I have gotten wrong with thorough explanations. Definitely underrated, I hope more students find you!!
