Im in shout outs!! yeay😁 Now, i always build Crown first if enemy top is Super tank like Sion, Mundo, Shen. But I didnt know that Aegis can stack with Crown. 🙃 Also, is it in SEA server?

how do you handle not having much CDR? I find I enjoy my Singed games using phase rush and have my Ultimate up more often.
