Looks like Mavs took Penny to a one-story house but then later when Mavs tries to escape from the daughter coming home he jumps from the second story. Either Penny bought a new home we didn't know about or she remodeled real fast. 🤔

Hollyweird at work. Has it really been 3 decades since the TV series 'Silk Stalkings' was "set" in pancake-flat Palm Beach, FL, but the hills of San Diego were clearly visible in the background of MANY scenes?... 🙄🙄🤣

It must have been fun for whoever the sailors were that set them up on that poor overpowered sailboat and let them pound along to weather. Either that or the shots were done at a enough distance that no one can see that it is being done by someone who really knows sailing in the same clothes as Cruise and Connelly.

Connelly learned to sail for this movie. There was crew in the cabin, as the j/125 would be a handful double handed in those conditions. I’ll be crewing on one tomorrow!

@@SpecializedPhotos My wife and I finally had to sell our 46" sailboat due to the fact that 20 tonnes of sailboat is a handful for two people in their sixties in heavy air. But she wasn't a sled like the J/125. That said I used to sail J-30's and J-27's back in the day. I'm surprised the crew didn't put a tuck in the main because that the boat is overpowered enough that I'm betting the camera crew in the Helo weren't wasting time getting the shot and Connelly and Cruise were both happy when they did. But damn! Once they got the chute up!!! Very sweet!

The environment surrounding the Top Gun school (Fallon, Nevada) looks wetter than I would have imagined.

I know it’s a film but why wouldn’t you wear a PFD or similar? And don’t hold onto the boom, you never know when it’s going to move dynamically. And if it does, it could bounce you, throw you overboard or rip your arm out of its socket. But hey, in the film he’s a fighter pilot, gets paid to take risks.
