TOP GUN MAVERICK (2022) ABSOLUTELY BLEW US AWAY! First Time Watching | EMOTIONAL REACTION!

I cant really put into words what I just watched! This Movie is nothing short of a MASTERPIECE! An absolute PERFECT sequel. Tom Cruise and the rest of the cast and crew really left everything on the screen.
So happy we checked this movie out and it DIDN'T disappoint!
Hope you guys enjoy the video and as always, THANK YOU for being here! We really appreciate it!

The plane he was working on at the start of the movie was a P-51 Mustang. The plane, a WW2 fighter is Tom's personal aircraft.

In the first movie, Penny Benjamin was the admirals daughter that Maverick was dating when he got busted. Remember, 6 high speed passes over control towers and 1 admiral’s daughter. Then Goose says, “Penny Benjamin”.

When you guys enjoyed the first one, I thought to myself "I can't wait until they see the second movie." As far as Legacy sequels are concerned, it's simply one of the best.

The film is great because Tom Cruise respects the audience, unlike so many other productions where filmmakers seem to despise the audience while preaching to us.

Some people hate on Tom Cruise bc of his religious beliefs. But the dude is a legit star and made himself great. Thats his plane at the end too, he is a pilot of planes and helicopters. Does his own stunts for realism and even breaks bones doing it. Became a student of his craft and became a great producer. He made this film for his fans. He might be the last great movie star.

What probably happened to Charlie was that Maverick only lasted 3 months as a top gun instructor. She only came back because he was back there, and probably broke it off then, or shortly after because she was kinda professionally driven and what's the point sacrificing her career for a guy who is practically allergic to stability.

I made sure to see this one in IMAX, the sounds of the jets rattling the seats in the theater was so epic. I could watch this movie a million times and it never gets old. Brilliant reaction 💜

Penny is Penny Benjamin from the first movie. They Goose mentioned her while him and Maverick were being yelled at by their Captain after helping Cougar land his plane

It is crazy that Maverick knew the only chance he has to save the program was a successful test, he deliberately destroyed the plane for cheap thrill by pushing past speed limit.

Her guy is very genuine, and compassionate when Tom put his flight wings on the admiral coffin I could tell it hit him in the feels

As I saw someone else say: "This movie has no business being this good"! It's so true, every scene is either perfect or as close to perfect as is possible. There are so many film trope traps it could have fallen into just to get an extra laugh or create additional drama, bot somehow this film knows that it does not need it, it's has enough on its own. There are particularly two things I keep thinking of:

The constant watery eyes during this reaction is so relatable. This movie really brings out all the emotions. Such a feat of filmmaking. Great video!
