Except he didn't, He explained a few interesting facts about life as an Amish or Menonnite person, mostly about the technical details about buying a carriage, and he described Amish as "those who thought the Mennonites were too liberal". He didn't say anything at all about the religion, except that people owned cars before they were baptized into the church. Said nothing about doctrine, history, rules, size, he didn't even explain what an Amish or a Mennonite person _is_ , other than one is more liberal than the other. So, interesting talk, seemed like a nice guy, but you can't say that he "described the religion" in any manner.

Tim Baldwin common misconception. I love the oldtop gear but many people who have worked with the old top gear series in shooting for the tv show have exposed how well planned and scripted the show is. Even to the point where they would film a section of the programme, get out of the cars and then move them to the next shooting location and get back in and pretend they drove all the way. Remember it’s an entertainment programme, a lot of smoke and mirrors in the filming!

@@forgamesforme In The Grand Tour they obviously cheat on the drivers, whether they're being masked during filming (all of a sudden the windshield seems heavily tinted) or blurred in post-production. Eh, as someone who lives nearby and travels through it frequently, it's more than 60% gentrified at this point, so to the untrained eye a lot of parts might look shady but that's mostly due to the simple fact that there is a lot of fairly old housing that wasn't always kept very well mixed in side-by-side with brand new, recently remodeled modern houses. If you ever get to see South East DC/Anacostia/Capitol Heights, you'll realize how much nicer the other parts of DC have become. Much more of the area used to be like SE DC, but there has been a steady influx of yuppies for years now that have bought up and done up large chunks of the city.
