Day 15 in Sydney, we were about to take the helicopter but bad weather! so we went for plan b and yes it is Manouche.
Cedary bake house is a well-organized bakery, very clean kitchen, very nice name and logo and varied menu. They serve a special Manouche with thyme and jam which is definitely an invention.
Top Juice is launched in 2008 and now it grew up to 55 stores across Australia, a big hangar turned to a fresh shop that sells fruits, vegetables, ready dishes, Lebanese dairy products and much more.
Quick meeting at “Sam the paving man” Sydney’s top paving specialists company owned by Hassan Harb, one of the biggest Lebanese success stories in Australia, an amazing person that I will be interviewing on my next visit.
I had the honor to be part of Karm Elmohr gathering, this community is very attached to their country just like the ancestors, they gather on a weekly basis and organize parties to support the village back in Lebanon.
Behind every bag of coffee comes a lot of work and this is what’s happening in Schibello coffee group that has 4 brands for different segments of the market. A limited released calls “Farit Ahweh” was created to merge modern filter coffee with Lebanese coffee.
Ending this day in the cruising yacht club of Australia where we went for sailing and I met Gerard who’s a big fan of my channel.
