Crochet pattern top-down fishnet sweater
In this video, I am showing you how to make these crochet mesh sleeves/bolero/shrug top. These sleeves only use the double crochet stitch, chain stitch, soo it’s beginner friendly.

Size: small medium - you can easy make it bigger by adding more rows after row 11 - try on the sweater every now and then while crocheting

300 Gram medium weight yarn suitable for a crochet hook 4 or 5 mm
Hook: 6 mm by Clover

I’m doing 114 chains: 38-17-38-17-4 I’ve gotten to the 3rd row, and I can barely fit my head inside. Is that how it’s supposed to be or it’ll gradually expand along the way?
I love this sweater, but I want a square neckline! Any tips/suggestions on how to make those adjustments?

Change where the "corners" are. If you have an equal amount of chains between the corners, the yoke will be square

Try chaining 96, then on row 1, put corners at 15, 18, 30, 18, 15 stitches. Not quite square, but close, and is what works with the stitch multiple.
Hey, pretty good 👍 But I have a doubted..if i make this top whith a hook 0,60mm with a thin yarn, what to i do? How many chains?
Do you have different sizes
Before you start on the sleeves, did you tie off and cut the yarn from the body?

You don't have to. You can just leave it there until you pick up where you left off after the sleeves are done.

It's a Medium size - you can easy add more rows before you start with the arms to make it bigger

Increase on every row where you have your stitch marker I think that’s it

The written instructions don’t match the video for the underarms (specifically the ch5).

If you want to make a short version, start with the sleeves after round 11, if you want to make a longer sweater - then you can add rounds to the center part to the desired length. Crochet 5 chain stitches in the armpit.
