For me the most underrated actress in the series was Ats Mother. She embodied the character so well. A lot of African women work as care workers or cleaners and they work so hard often 10-12 hours a day, for such little pay. They do their best to raise their children and put food on the table. It always feels like they are carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders. Next time you see a lady similar to Ats Mother, whether on a bus or on the street, ask them how they are doing and try to make them smile.

Yeah Curtis was such a psycho. It was weird because you would kind of start to think oh he's actually a decent guy when he would defend Lauren whenever his sister would talk shit, but then moments later you get reminded...Nah this is dude is a proper psycho manipulator!

I started watching Top Boy just because I had nothing else to do. I was instantly hooked!!! This show is beyond good. Thank goodness Drake loved this show soo much that he went to Netflix and got it back on the air.

jac is so stunning such a powerful actress she was the boss of the lasses and the guy's. the show was amazing 10/10 just don't want it to end ,just keep the coming. I watch it 22 release then i didn't realise the summerhouse beginning so i watched it all over and then again . one of the best shows ever. I want more!!!

Words cannot describe. I was so stressed out AGAIN watching the story unfold. Jasmine is so beautiful and Jaq is such a strong but heartbreakingly beautiful character. I will miss **** but feel so lucky to have seen his work in TB as well as Small Axe: LR and cannot wait to see what he does in the future. Big love to Ashley, Kano, Ronan and all the awesome cast and crew xxx

Holy cow I was slapped in the face with the difference of jasmine jobs and her character jaq! Like wowww. And I wish, in the next season they could bring in WILEY and rolldeep to b the next main antagonist gang. That would b so sick

I think a lot of credit should go to the Scouse actors on this season. Curtis and his sister were pure evil.

All of these actors play their roles so well. Jamie was always hungry & ambitious to be the top boy no matter what, Sully a level headed physco, Dushane a ruthless mob boss and Jaq was a loyal lieutenant. Sad to see Jamie gone but it makes sense because Sully is always a few steps ahead of everyone & couldn’t take any risks.

WOOOOOOOOOW all of you turned up once again in season 2. Just finished it and I was glued from start to finish🔥 the acting of every single person is outstanding and was just beautiful to see. England setting levels with this♥️ Season 3 has to drop

Shot out to Top Boy cast! Y’all killed it and I hope this show goes on for a long time. It does a great job showing the Uk Drill scene and as an American that loves the New York and Chicago drill scenes this is amazing to watch. People are sleeping on what really happens in these estates in real life and this show does a great job showing the struggle

When an actor takes you to that place and you believe it, that's a very good actor. And I can honestly say most of the main characters did exactly that. A very gritty drama. Well done to all involved. 👏👏 Ps binged season 4 😁👌

Grew up in Hackney. I worked in Dalston market as a teenager in the late 90's where the crew was dealing. Felt surreal. Professor Green wasn't included in the show but I remember him going to school near where I lived on Gladesmore Road. We bumped into each other years later at the Jump-Off when he was still doing battles.

Good to see Jamie is alive here. Really his death came as shock man I really felt it in my bones literally speaking.

I just watched the series and I have loved it. All characters are amazingly played but possibly Kano and Ats´ mum are the very best to me. So I have not seen Ats mum interviewed so far but will look out for her, and as for Kano, his personality, or what you pick up of it in interviews, seems to resonate with his role. A very reflective and sensitive personality is what I pick up. Anyways, ages since I have enjoyed a series as much as I have with this one.
