Thank you so much for this - great info! Have you used the Mad King's Steward app for scoring Between Two Castles of Mad King Ludwig? Works pretty much the same as the TTR app.

Thank you for the recommendations! Most of these sites are new to me. Melodice could be helpful sometimes, but I'd rather make my own playlist, sorting out the songs I think would fit a game (with my current mood, that is. So I can have different playlists for a same game). Melodice's playlists usually relied on popular soundtracks, and sometimes don't really fit with a game's atmosphere. i.e. the one for Little Town feels too epic for me, while I wanted for a more casual and humble music (like Stardew Valley's). And OH, one of my fellow gamer even ranted when he played Calico... while Melodice used songs with cat noises for the playlist! XD Gotta try Try These Games! I really struggled on finding games with similar mechanism and price, and BGG didn't really help.

Yes I also have a board game playlist that I used to use. I think with melodice, the more people that rate the songs on the playlist the better. I guess some games have better playlists than others! Although Cat noises whilst playing Calico seems to fit thematically! Yes, I found trythesegames to be quite good as it uses the data from bgg to generate the recommendations so it tends to be quite good. The fact that you can also ender specific search parameters allows you to tailor the suggestions to games you might enjoy.

this video was so much more helpful than i expected when i first clicked play, i use none of those and they all sound great! though i use Board Game Bible which is very similar to Board Game Stats. also, where did you get that mug?! i need it! is there a whole set of X-men characters? i would pay stupid money for a Magneto one

Ooh thanks for suggesting Board Game Bible. I will check that out! I think they only have the cyclops mug as it has a heat changing visor. It might be hard to get cause I did a google search and only found it on a few sites. It definitely a unique mug! :)

14:29 determining who accomplished the route is easy but this could also run to edge case issue.. determining who to apply penalty points for not finishing route is messy.. quick solution would be to assign route card scanned to the specific player

Yes I love that mug although I put it in the dishwasher afterwards and now the colour changing bit is peeling off.
