TOP BADMINTON BRANDS TIER LIST

Спорт

Here in this video, I will be ranking the popular Badminton brands from the s tier at the top down to D which will be the brands which in my opinion are the worst on the list. These companies include Yonex, Victor, Li-Ning, FZ-Forza, Apacs, and even more. I will be determining what brands are better by looking at the size of the brand, the quality of equipment they sell, and how they impact Badminton including at the professional level. Let me know in the comments if you agree with me or if you think there should be any changes made.

Dunlop & Felet should be up there as well.

I think Ashaway doesn't deserve that bad tier actually. Their rackets are pretty good. Specially mid to upper mid range rackets are best compared to other brands. Though, high end Ashaway n Yonex rackets are my favourite.

What about flypower? I've only used their shuttlecocks in the past and thought they were victor level so they might have some other good stuff as well?

From what I’ve heard Kennex bankrupted during asian financial crisis decades ago… Before that Yonex had acquired quite a lot of intellectual properties from Kennex, so is it ok to say that modern Yonex is the spiritual successor of Kennex? 🤔

LI-NING is actually a lot bigger than YONEX in terms of market cap (24.99 billion USD vs. 0.57 billion USD in equivalent). They just don’t put a lot of effort on their badminton department, which is a shame. It’s said that the former VP of Victor has been recruited as CEO of LN’s badminton department from 2021 and since then the basic designing philosophy of LN badminton gears has been changed completely. For the first time they use M40X carbon fibre instead of T1100G in racket manufacturing and you can see it on the latest TECTONIC 9 and AXFORCE 80. I personally don’t take sides on both two brands but I think the game is on now. 🔥
