I wouldnt touch Eth and anything that comes from that ecosystem..conversion for 230$ worth of SNEK coin was ordered to pay 70$ gas fees 😂

@@RalphLauren.911 they're holding defi to ransom at the moment because of all the liquidity in their protocols. Defi on other chains will grow as etherums fees become more expensive and customers will gravitate towards less expensive options better options.

Good video, some excellent points I've been thinking a lot about. Modular vs monolithic chains. Despite high gas fees, still think Ethereum are going about it the right way, not willing to sacrifice decentralization. Excellent point about entities wanting their own sovereign chain which will be probably be built on the one with the most network effects.

Could you do a video on XRP?

I think Cardano can position itself as being that decentralized settlement for institutions, while also appealing to retail users. It has pretty much the same characteristics as Bitcoin (eUTXO, fixed supply), with focus on security and even better decentralization, while already being faster (slower than many chains yes but that is a design choice). It can realistically still scale its L1 while also offering L2s, sidechains, and become a root of trust for everything settling on it. And most of all, much much lower security risks than most alts.

Did they not say that ETH transactions fees with reduce when ETH move to POS/.am I missing something , ? .

I stumbled across your video. Thank you for this adult discussion. I have a much more solid understanding of the value of ethereum. Looking at small Market coins, there are things like rollbit add banana gun that are generating half a billion dollars of fees per year with a market cap the same so their PE ratio is one. You don't see that often in crypto.

Used eth since 2016-2021 paid more in fees than the cost of my living at that time. Then Solana came. Now i only use Solana, this is the chain that will eat all liquidity. Eth will be a faded memory in a few years imo. With that said obviously im only guessing and i hope everything goes up and we all win 🎉

The cheapest and fastest will always win. Therefore Solana will win over Ethereum in the long run. Ethereum was so 2021. Now it's Solana's time to shine.
