I am a Senior BA, sometimes we do things so automatically that we forgot the basic concepts, recently I accepted an interview for another company that I didn't pass since they asked these kind of questions, conceptual terms and activities, they expected a definition like in a certification exam, which makes sense, it was very helpful to remember and see that in my current project we don't apply these by the book, we adapted these concepts to the project needs. Great summary of a BA education. Thanks!

Excellent video , enough to cover all important topics in one go , recently interviewer asked how will u communicate to the user if the project is totally different than what is expected ,please provide some pointers as I m not at all sure what was the expectation.

Good stuff @ThePrefectBA. I'm more familiar with the "W" in MoSCoW standing for "Won't" (also stated this way in IIBA's BABOK) instead of "Would". The questions target junior BA roles, but worthwhile and triggers thoughts on extended questions for Senior / Lead BAs. Some of the other questions I get asked are around "How do you deal with quiet vs dominating workshop participants?" - a few useful techniques available via a quick Google for them. To me risk management is more linked to project management. But still, misdefining or missing a requirements is a risk.

I would suggest for a video on 'Resume/CV of a Business Analyst' like what details and skills should be required to mention in a job winning BA resume. I have not come across such specific video on KZread. I beleive it will be helpful to lots of BA's.

I loved your videos . Specially with the help of case studies it gets very easy to understand. However, if you can post the video of wire-framing and user experience part then that will be helpful too. Something which covers product management part as well. All these things are interrelated and product management is in full boom nowdays.
