Gives the proper depth to the song. Lyrics really are sad and his clear, slow version proved it

He deserved that win. His voice is next level. He touches every cell in your body when he sings. So so so good.

There was no shortage of great singers on the Voice Norway, but Jørgen Dahl Moe stood out from his blind audition. He turned "Dancing In The Dark" on its head with his clear, high voice and acoustic guitar. He kept up his unique singing throughout the entire series and always seemed to have a good chance of winning. Besides his blind audition, "Think Twice" was my other favorite of his. Hopefully we'll get to hear more from him in the future.

I picked Jorgen from day one to win. He has a special voice and story and he feels the music. Love him. I really liked Feels Like Home and Dancing in the Dark. I also loved the way he sang Twice Twice.

He deserved to win, I loved how he put so much emotions and buried his heart and soul to all his performances!Kudos to the coach for great songs selection and I love how he put a spin on the songs and made them his! He always got Coach Matoma everytime he performs cos of his tender heart😊❤️❤️❤️❤️

this guy is just top notch amazing!!!!!! his voice is so very pure and expressive! every song is totally worth listening to again and again!! he puts so much emotion and feeling into each performance!! so very awesome sound and the song choices were very excellent for him (or is it that whatever song they give him he would make it his own and give an outstanding performance?!) Should have known the pure channel would have this outstanding Voice so soon after the end of the series....really deserved win for sure! The song choices were so out of the usual pop reworks most of the judges use. Randy Newman (one of my favorites since the 1970's) rarely used these days is just one of the great songs they used in this winning foray. Hard to beat the talents that keep coming out of Norway!

He has such a unique voice, one that you would recognize immediately as being him!! @@MikeEgypte unfortunately, my great grandfather died well before I was born, and his wife, my MiMi, died when I was thirteen. As she lived in Texas while I lived in Tennessee, I only had a few instances to hear any stories. I wish someone had thought to write them down for posterity’s sake.

Remember Eva Cassidy? IMO he's in a league with her, a male voice that's angelic. We are blessed to have him.

He's an impeccable guitar player. I think he's got a Gibson J45 Custom - I had that guitar, but sold it because it was too valuable to drag around on my travels. You can really hear it's voice complementing his on 'Always on My Mind'. Both have a high, clear and pure tone.

Its not better, she just has more power and overpowered his voice in that performance. Jørgen is unique. His voice, interpretaion and storytelling with so much emotion is like no other. Tara has a great voice but Jørgen is in a league of his own. A real artist who makes each song his own and he is also amazing at the guitar and writes his own songs.

@@angemusik9406 Of course you can like what you want, 😉 but there is a reason why he won, why he has so many more views than all others on YT and the mentors also said he was something out of the ordinary. He was chosen over Tara for a reason. The mentors work with them over a long period so they know their abilities and talents pretty well.

@@In_my_own_mind Then you are already extrapolating. There are many mentors who shouldn't submit, because many only know how to sing. and not to judge. And about views, well, they don't say much to me either. For example, the Dutch singer, Sharon Kovacs, has won fantastic awards for her timbre (voice), her compositions, her amazing songs, but the views are few. And yet, there are horrible singers, who sing little, and have thousands of views. As you can see, everything is very relative.

What a voice! Personally, I was so happy to see him "graduate" from his turned-around-baseball cap style. That cap was making an unimpressive statement to me. Again, that is just my personal opinion. I'm glad he moved away from it. He is an excellent singer with such great talent. Great job, Pure.💞

Lots of people have commented on him not being himself when he doesnt wear the cap and sweater, and I wondered how people could know who he is from seing a couple of videos. After reading this interview with him about his style/fashion you know he has more than one side and he probably wants to ahow other sides of him too. The same with his song choices which people also complained about. Everything was his choice. Anyway, here is the interview: How would you describe your style? I am very fond of clothes and fashion! It started early with shoes, and it has hung with me until today. Clothes can help you feel good! I hope and believe that I have a fairly relaxed style - quite street style-inspired. I want to feel comfortable. Love colors and contrasts, fun cuts and fits, and constantly working to challenge myself. Is your stage style different from what we see in everyday life? - Both and! It is very much based on setting and daily form, I think. Like to vary too. Sometimes I love to go on stage without any kind of "decoration" or anything extra. I think it creates a fun contrast to the setting. Other times I want to be daring and challenging, and just drive on! What is "typical Jørgen" in the wardrobe? - My wardrobe is characterized by inherited clothes from my family and little new, due to bad economy, haha, no but, I love baggy pants and big sweaters and hoodies with a vintage look! I really think that's what I own the most, and I like to wear it! What is your relationship to second-hand clothes? - Very, very fond of second-hand clothes! That's definitely what I own most.
