Another mistake, following the farms value. Do not upgrade townhall 25 if you are not planning to use the farms in SoC, otherwise, power will count toward matchmaking in small kingdoms, or through domain system

Yeah, mistake number 2 took me 18 months to recover from. Go deep on three marches, not 5 marches with partial investments. Your trades will suffer big time unless you expertise marches.

I actually started before there were kvk's or "End game". Back then it was much easier and simpler times. No money needed. Well maybe Minamoto was the 1st and original buy me tease from LILLITH.

First mistake : downloading this game with the Idea that it was gonna be a fun game kinda like og clash of clans but way better Now we're addicted and stuck between too much comm release power creep and kvk requirements But we love it this game is unique in this way such a passionate love hate relation

Just a thank you Chisgule, I've enjoyed your RoK videos for a while. I even played many of them in the car while driving to pass the time. I decided to walk away from the game due to having no realistic way to be competitive (there is no catch up mechanic) and the extreme cost of minor game upgrades. I'd never have thought that thousands spent would provide such incredibly low value! I'm used to games like WoW where the spend is just in a different universe. Amazing. Had fun, 3b kills was fun indeed, but time's up. Hope to see you in a future game.

Aside from the mistakes we all make Chis lol. 😅 I thought of a way to improve the game for older & new players & not be doomed 4 our ROK life. What if we could get ALL the sculptures back we have invested in a commander & put them in another one? 🤔 What if new players can finally invest in the early game commanders, but without worrying of hoarding gold heads for end game commanders, when they can get their ghs back to invest in new end game commanders once SOC begins. A total gh commander reset system like this for new & older players would be a huge improvement. Why punish players for mistakes or bad investments? Instead Empower them by allowing them to do this reset by playing more & earning this achievement. Just saying 🤷🏽‍♂️ Your the voice of the game brother, think you can help push an idea like this. 👍🏽 A fan of the channel & game, best wishes Chis 😎🙏🏽

Little like Call of Dragon's work's. Having said that at current gh acquisition speed you only get sculptures few and far between, especially if you're not spending on Writer of History even. Idk, my gut reaction is that ROK wouldn't survive the gh reset after kvk's 1 and 2. And full new gh's for SOC season 3. In that case you should spend on gold heads really only for first 2 season's. With spending you can get about 90 sculptures per season easily.

Spending any money is a huge mistake. No matter when or what u spend on the game will want more money in the future to make the initial investment not wasted. I use useless gold heads like the gatherers in place of gold stars. Sitting here looking at Chisgules full AP bar is another mistake. Use ur free AP

I think your power is 1 mil too high to get into a decent C-D seed kingdom crossmigrating. There are benefits to cross migrating. You can save all your universals. Save gems. Save everything. Resources will be used the most.

What I do if I make all 8 mistakes already and have no more monies? I spent 7k so far and during kvk 1 I probably made the worst decision ever. I made retribution's and 2x commander boots. I had to dismantle both of which going into kvk 2 because I had gathered enough to make hellish wasteland.

I understand your point about not investing in gold key commanders. But we need to play in seasons 1-3 where we don’t have access to meta commanders. I don’t see a way around investing in them.

In reality you only play 2 seasons without the "meta" commanders and if you want to invest the gold heads into the weak ones and then be behind and extremely weak in the open field after you reach kvk 3 and beyond then that is entirely your choice. Using stars and xp books are fine but wasting the gold heads especially will not put you in a good place later. it's like doing average in the early game and then being much stronger in the late game (towards the other way around). This game is endgame focused and avoiding investing in gold key commanders like or not is best for youraccount.s development Unless you manna max Alexander the great from kvk 2, probably the only investment before kvk 3 that makes some sense.

I don’t get the logic behind the training with farms because I can only play on one account at a time

I think they should lower the amount of accounts in kvk to 500 per kingdom. 93 doesn’t even have 500 active main accounts. We need to nip the farms in the butt some how

Mistake number 9: not buying resources from bots 😢

Feels like a lot of the issues from lilith perspective. Like so many farms, rss sellers etc. Would be solve by enforcing 2 accounts per kingdom... so not just per your ROK account. But like you should be getting banned if you make multiple ROK accounts through emails and making bunch of farms that way. What is the point of the 2 accounts per kingdom limit at that point?!

My kingdom is zeroing farms and telling us to only have one or two so we lower our seed ranking

20:10 my only issue is I always view farms as a form of cheating. At a certain point, ppl should just stop playing & fighting. Acknowledge you’ve reached your limit. But thats my opinion. I have an alt, but its in another kingdom & thats so I can play 1 KvK in my mains off-season & the other play KvK in the alts off season

i disagree with mistake 8. truth is most people wont even be around long enough to see SoC. and you need to get in touch with reality, something ive mentioned before on similar videos. i have been in imp /high A spending KDs for all of my 1400 days in this game and my CM is 16 GHs from max. after almost 4 years of play. If you want to use CM or any other gold key commander early you should invest in it and stop trying to micro optimize everything for a late game you may never see. CM still have use which is more than you can say for many other legendary commanders. i would argue maxing harald, richard, ramses etc in hindsight was a much bigger waste, they holz zero value right now. For a long time you said ”you will max him from keys in 6 months” which was never true apart from maybe the first year of the games life where there were much fewer commanders to get from keys

I agree on maxing Ramesses being a mistake, but my 5525 Charles Martel through Gold Keys has been serving me well paired with Liu Che. But I wasn’t an Infantry main. So Martel keeps me from going in on another Infantry commander

I like rok but the game has so many gate keepers it gets confusing

I disagree with Chisgule to a certain extent on the farm meta. If you are in a small kingdom you dont want your farms to be too high in power. If i remember correctly it is the top 300 players by power in a kingdom. If you train a lot of troops on your farms and have no meta equipment then they are worthless in the field. This also doesn't take into consideration the time it takes but that is not my argument. I agree with him if you are in A kingdoms and higher

No one uses farms for open field. The amount of troops is in regards to filling garrisons (anywhere you can) and some rallies (usually by passes) with them for a good amount of the kvk, limiting the amount of dead troops your main account takes until you are ready for Kingsland where you can kill troops as you please, (depends on the seed of kvk if you use farms in KL) Farm Meta relates to this not open field, I don't think I have ever seen someone field with a farm lol

I totally disagree. Trying to create “1” meta march of each troop type will send you down a path that you will never finish. You will constantly chase the meta and at no point catch up, even if you spend thousands of dollars. Focus on one troop type and be smart about your investments.

advice ppl to spend on crystal tech is the most stupid thing... and this from a long time player shame on u... better buy daily gem supply with that money or event bundles but not this crystal tech who gets deleted after kvk... better build up ur acc
