Here are the worst failures I've ever had as a BIM manager, but also the lesson learned from them.
1- The Floating Floor
2- Updating Revit Model
3- Different groups, phases, worksets and split faces
4- Rendering props showing up in construction documents
5- Model in-place madness
6- Plan Notes Confusion
7- Detail Groups Insanity

Love this concept! Keep up the good videos.
Very helpful! Keep uploading these videos 🙏
As always good stuff Nick. Lol at the snitch plug - in though.
Enjoying this! especially model in place "suck" but time constrain still is a time constrain bud :D
PyRevit has the Analyse tool, I use it to fine model in place. Ugh! So much junk! I will allow model in place, but I then show how to convert it to a loadable family. Great video!
Any discount code for Basics 2021?.thanks
