Haha I live in KCK and the mall has a free standing sephora, and a sephora inside jcpenney.

OH MY GOSH when she said the first tip I went crazy. I've had a lot of the employees saying that I'm a familiar face! Even today 2 employ said that I've been there a lot. The manager said I'm a regular! Yaay I might actually be able to make this work!

my sephora is located at the 4th most lucrative mall in america so I know getting a job there would be impossible for me no matter what i do. I don't wish i lived in a smaller city its just so hard to get a job at amywhere like mac or sephora if you didn't go to cosmetology school.

Good think I have a friend who works here and I wear full face makeup all the time and I wear black a lot

it would help to have experience in customer service. have you ever volunteered in anything where you had to deal with lots of people while maintaining a good attitude?

maria vigil super late but yes and no. Know the basics because if you do get hired you'll learn and they'll teach you

My friend works at sephora. She referred me. I just got a call but missed it. They left a voicemail about my availability. I guess that's good news so far. I'm a bit nervous because we live in NEW YORK CITY D': and I'm pretty sure the expectations are HIGH. I'm a beginner with makeup. Eye makeup specifically. I was worried about wearing all black to my interview because I have super black hair and I don't want to give off the impression that im emo or goth😂😂😂

I just applied and I called to check in she said she will call me. I hope that means she really will. Cross fingers

Jello Josh TV maybe just have your facial hair neatly groomed, eyebrows done, and if you have bad skin possibly wear a tinted moisturizer or a face and body foundation so then you can talk about how you applied it and what not

+cat sadly yeah 😕. i ask one of the sephora workers. also you dont necessarily need to be a professional makeup artist either, you can be a sales associates. they have different sections in the store you can work at. i want to apply but i heard its hard to get in. well from others muas on the Internet. i asked the muas at the sephora place but they all tell me to apply in spring
