I am looking for a nice, safe, and convenient area that is not in an HOA and that doesn't break the bank on price. It seems most of the homes I see are in HOA developments and I really prefer to live without one. Any suggested areas where I should look would be appreciated.

We looked for a very specific property for years. Land, water source. Large main house with a basement and detached 2nd home for family. Also wanted something older we could renovate. Focused our search in north Fulton, south Forsyth and east Cherokee counties. Just happened to be In Alpharetta. The location is amazing. It takes the same time for me to get to downtown Alpharetta or Woodstock or Roswell or Canton or Cumming. It’s right in the middle of all of them. Closes is downtown Milton. The 5 acre property adjacent to mine is going to be for sale in May. If you’re interested, shoot me a text or email or schedule a zoom.

@@ivylopez4338 Yes, out of city limits, no HOA, 5 acres, 4K sq ft, all brick, currently off market, so nobody knows about it.
