Top 7 Best .32 ACP Pistols for Self Defense in 2024!
In its heyday, Browning’s .32 ACP enjoyed widespread use, becoming the go to pistol cartridge during the early 20th century. Military and law enforcement personnel as well as civilians embraced it. .32 ACP pistols were popular even during the Prohibition era.
Though some concealed carry gurus won’t settle for any cartridge weaker than the 9mm, any handgun enthusiast worth his salt would say the 380 ACP cartridge is the bare minimum for self defense, especially with the advent of fluted bullets, which as we mentioned in some of our videos, gives it the literal edge it needs to become an acceptable self defense cartridge.
While I would still prefer to carry a Ruger LCP Max, there are .32 ACP pistols that are much easier to carry concealed due to their absurdly tiny dimensions, which make them a great back up gun. In this video, I’ll talk about all the .32 ACP pistols on the market today.

Several years ago, on a whim I purchased a new Kel-Tec P32 for $225. Nifty little pistol that has never malfunctioned over around 400 rounds put through it and has less snap and slap as my LCP.

I had one once and put a lot of rounds through it without failure, but then it finally jammed and I wouldn't trust it as a defensive weapon anymore. It was the best Kel-tec handgun I've ever tried though, and the recoil was very mild. The other Kel-tecs I've tried were far worse. I trust Kel-tec as far as I can throw it. IMHO .32 revolvers are the way to go.
Have a Beretta model 81 and a Tomcat. Love my little guns. Can't always carry 1911,security six or S&W N frames.

have two tomcats and a CZ-70, which all operate flawlessly. Have had two Kel-Tec P32s that have broken, so won't be wasting any more time or money on them.

Tomcat trigger is better than 99% of triggers sold on the market, it’s only the first shot that is heavy, then all other shots are around 3 lbs

@@happycamper9300 si esta en producción.. y en las armerías se venden las thunder 32 acp nuevas 0km.. pero de lo que estoy seguro es que la viejisima cz 70 32 acp no s3 fabrica hace años .. asi que no se porque ponen una pistola del año del orto

I called these guns belly guns you stick them in the person’s belly and you just unload the whole weapon
Bad sights and triggers are insignificant on these pistols. They are meant to carry easily and fire into an assailants body at 2-3 yards (or meters). They aren't for target shooting. No aiming is needed. And I've yet to hear of any "ballistic experts" that call these "Mouse Guns" who are willing to stand in front of one and take 8 rounds of 32ACP to the torso. Just sayin'.
