Do you want me to share for you how over 50 women in my country can do 😂. They can do it easily and just practice in 1 year so if you have any excuse you never can reach anything

@@zosia7778 Depends from which country you come from. India - not so impressive. Well as for Andorra with aprox. 37k woman, of whom about 25k could be in the age group for such easy tricks, then don't forget to minus the disabled ones and women from other unfortunate society groups. So it's 20k woman who would have an opportunity to master yoga. And if 50 woman out of 20k can do it... Even for such small country Andorra, on the south of Europe, 50 woman still make only 0,25%. Feel free to divide 0,25% according to the country you're really coming from. I'm even open for math so I can underline my excuse to stick my head in books instead of - physically of course - my butt.

I have been taught by 4 yoga teachers. And all of them are so devoted and kind. I can’t help but thinking Indian people are so sweet and kind too ❤️😀

shaily2jan exactly, all of these postures are only ASANA. True yoga is Union with divine and can be achieved thorough meditation

How much we are following that is more imp.... Nows a day people are seating in sofas n typing proud of giving origin... Br we need to follow our root too thn it is only real pride. 😊
As a teen I always stood in the tree pose doing the dishes and my dad nicknamed me flamingo 😂

Have u reach this level yet
I practice Yoga on and off for 9 years, now once or twice a week. As a 54 yo old man, I can do Side Crow Pose, Bird of Paradise, Flying Pigeon, Camel Pose (but not Drop Back Camel), certain degree of Fire Fly, occasional success of Forearm Balance, still cannot do Peacock. My flexibility is nowhere near to hers, so my pose does not look as graceful as hers. But this is not a competition, you work in your limit, and hopefully it gradually improves. And you always start from the basic, don't just attempt this before you can do the basic Yoga, otherwise you risk injury.

impressive im 50 and one of the older students in class and strive to do these advanced poses! i can do bird of paradise and started a month ago!

I’m eleven and can also do these poses, as I have been doing yoga for 5 years, and I can also hold my elbow stand.
Word of advice, don't keep your laptop on the floor. I fell on it and about broke it lol

You don't always have to be happy doing yoga. You don't have to smile. Sometimes you'll feel like crying. Which is completely fine.

i do yoga while angry so i can do it a bit longer
Great postures! :) But first posture is eka pada koundinyasana and astavakrasana and not side crow.

I was thinking that was an odd way to get into side crow and then she ended in 8 angle
You put your leg forward.. and have faith .. it was so cute !!
Definitely have to make sure my insurance policy is still active right quick...

Downward dog is labeled as 6 in difficulty from 1 to 13. Congratulations.

It is actually quite difficult to perform a proper downdog. It's a really complex pose. :)

Her energy is so beautiful and calm!
I did yoga for awhile in my 20s and now everyday in my 40s and I’m just taking an interest in mastering the harder poses. The benefits of yoga are more than you can even imagine! I get sad when people try and don’t get it right away.
I tore my left rotator cuff just watching this.

I tried the peacock and firefly poses plus the one where you backwards wrap you arms around your leg and lift it up. They were actually surpriaingly the easiest ones.

Lovely. Thank you for beautiful sequences. 1) I would have loved to see Visvamitrasana in this collection. (sure that there are various advanced poses, but thought this would really fit well with this selection) 2) The pose that is shown as Side crow pose is actually referred to 8-anged pose (Astavakrasana). Side Crow Pose (Parsva Bakasana) is performed with both knees on one tricep.
So amazing to see! Definitely some of my goals to work towards these poses! I’ve definitely mastered that basics and some more advanced stuff, been doing yoga for about 1.5 years and it’s changed my life! Love it so much! Namaste🙏🏻

for the second pose it says side crow but you did Eka Pada Koundinyasa II ( Hurdler pose) then transitioned to Astavrakrasana - Eight angle pose
