I cannot recommend a Quest 3 for this purpose. I have a Reverb G2 and Quest 3, and what really is terrible on the Quest 3 is the Mura. Oh my goodness I never knew how distracting it could be, like a dirty window. All Quest 3 models have it, some worse than others.

@@Healthy_Toki I use them everyday with ultrawide mode on my mac, it woks very well for me, but I would encourage you to try by yourself since people have different expectations, everything is very sharp for me, edge to edge. At first the glasses tend to drift, but after calibration it is gone. I also love zooming in the screen until everything looks large, the limited screen section also helps me focus more without being disrupted by other messages.

You'd think the big screen beyond would be top-notch since they literally have an app to watch content in a giant movie theater! I love my viture pros. So convenient and I use an old firestick remote and neckband. Plus they look bad ass!

will you review the xreal air2 ultra? isn't that the best pair of xr glasses you can get right now? at least to me it seems like it but i don't know anything about these glasses. but to be fair after a year of thinking about it i probably enjoy a normal tv or projector over xr anytime of the day except for 3d movies.

Do we know if these smart glasses core features can be iterated on? Like can the fov improve substantially? I'm not really sure what to expect from gen 2 but these are exciting products and frankly make sense for a lot of use cases.

Yes, yes, I guess right. The weight and bulk are deal breakers for the rest of the devices. Some tethering is fine. To a laptop no doubt.

It's garbage and pointless device to have, the Neckband of Virtue is better than having extra phone in pocket. All they need to do is AR UI integrated into Android like how Samsung does it with One UI, or some other companies that use Android and integrate their own UI into it

Schon geil, wie eine Brille einfach ein guter ,,Headset" ist. Also einfach bequem überall einsetzbar . Schön irgendwo die wm anschauen oder andere dinge😅

Hard to call it a failure when the company hasn't been able to build them fast enough to keep up with demand for the entire time it's been on the market so far.

@@mixedrealityTV comfort is the main issue i found when laying in bed with my quest 3 the weight/pressure of it would not make it comfortable for me. sometimes it's not as bad but most times i try it is bad. So i was happy you made this video as i was considering something small and light for media consumption like the bigscreen beyond but the viture pros also seem like a good option for laying in bed with best comfort as it's not going to be heavy like most vr headsets.
