That’s very nice to hear.

4:22 skull island isn’t terrible. The screen scenes don’t have any movement on the ride. But the animatronic is amazing.

Although I do think that Skull Island reign of Kong is an underrated attraction. I do have my UPS & DOWNs as well. The UPS I do appreciate is the unique trackless ride vehicles although they have been used many times before this one seems more unique especially with the design. Some of the animatronics or another great piece on what makes the ride great. Now my issues are the uses of screens which of course of the time when this ride was being designed this was at the time when simulators were still some with popular with the general public. But at that point the right system had already became outdated at that point and rides like fast and the furious kind of final nail in the coffin for simulators and Universal studios in general. If anything I think this ride would had been a huge deal in the 90s and early 2000s. But these days understand why people have mixed opinions. Me however it goes out of very nostalgic feel which makes it feel unique in my book.

It is a ride with some benefits for sure.

We need to convince Universal to close down Fast & Furious Supercharged and replace it with a roller coaster themed to Blumhouse movies.

I understand this list. I think I'd throw in Race through New York. I personally like Cat in the Hat but I get what you're saying. One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish is very hard to rank because it does what it is supposed to do but doesn't have high ambitions. It's like ranking rides in a park and trying to pick where you put the carousel or ranking coasters and placing the kiddie coaster. Kong is a ride I like but I do think it merits the criticism you raise. It is really dumb that a ride with such incredible presentation with a world class facade and queue line results in mostly a screen based attraction. Even the ride up to the wall gets you hyped but you just see screens. It would have been really cool if it could have been better integrated with practical effects and sets like Spider-Man. I get that it's basically a way to reuse the CGI from the replacement section at Universal Hollywood Studio Tram Tour. But it still is a letdown after such an inviting build up. That said, I personally still enjoy it despite its flaws and I can't really explain why so i wouldn't fault anyone for disagreeing. Fast and Furious is probably the single biggest waste of space at a US theme park, even more so than Disney leaving Wonders of Life to just rot at EPCOT. If you compare the potential of what Universal could with that space to what you get, it's really disappointing.

Race Through New York was close, but I don't think it's as bad as the others and the queue is the best of them besides maybe Kong.

I've ridden Skull Island Reign of Kong but not Fast and Furious Supercharged. The latter just looks like a boring attraction but I do get a good bit of enjoyment out of the former.

Fast and Furious is, regardless of your thoughts on Kong, a worse version of it.

Imo race through New York was worse than everything you listed but Fast and Furious. Race through New York doesn’t really offer anything in storytelling or anything else really, and is boring. Not nearly as bad as fast and furious tho

I tend to agree with your list other than Kong. Kong isn't a top tier ride at Universal but it is something I would do each visit. It is far better than say the Transformers ride.

My Buddy would always say - "Fast and the Furious........more like the White and the Trash" lolololol. I personally enjoy the film series, but this ride is kinda booty

I’d replace skull island with storm force. Skull Island has the amazing King Kong animatronic and Storm Force is hidden and even though it’s themed to X-Men, you can’t tell. I’d replace Cat in the Hat with Dr. Doom, the queue is cool but the ride is super meh. Cat in the Hat for sure needs a refurb but at least for me, it has that dark ride charm which is why I love it. Also the queue has the best AC

Villiancon can be #1 now...if I had to choose between Supercharged and Villiancon to ride all day...I would choose Supercharged in a heartbeat.

They should turn Fast & Furious Supercharged into a coaster in the future like they are in California

I didn't think fast and furious supercharged could be as bad as everyone said. then I waited in an INSANELY long line for it. totally miserable experience with an underwhelming payoff, so bad it had to be seen to be believed. a waste of my time that deserves to be hated

#5. Not a great ride but I didn’t hate it, it’s just a ride that exists and nothing else imo #4. Rode this once and I agree it’s meh and there is no need to re-ride it #3. Just a kid ride, so I don’t feel the need for it to be on this list but I can understand: I had fun on this as a kid, but I probably wouldn’t enjoy it much now #2. I also hate this ride, nothing about the ride that I liked (especially a much longer wait than it deserves) HM. Never did this but I’m sure it was bad #1. It's amazing that the Jimmy Fallon atrocity doesn't have way more criticism. What's more fun than a politically divisive hack "comedian" and other Hollyweird Epstein Island visiting guests incorporated with woefully archaic simulator technology? Along with extremely outdated references, jokes music etc. It's beyond me as to why people think that ride is acceptable in the 2020s (The late night talk show genre has been DOA years ago).

@@ThemeParkAvenue IMO the only positive about JF is the theming of the Rockefeller Center lobby area; that's well done, I must admit (it's still my least favorite ride at the Universal Resort). The two rides that I totally agree with you on is F&F and Minion Mayhem.

Yknow, I already had low expectations for Minion Mayhem considering how much I hate minions in general. But wow, I wasn't expecting it to actually be THAT BAD. I personally found the queue to be lazy and boring, and the pre-show was nothing special. The actual ride experience is ABYSMAL. Like you said there's barely any movement, the story is lame and it's not funny either. It's really a shame that they took away 3D from this ride because now it just feels lifeless. I hate this stupid ass ride with a burning passion.

@@elainehill5931 that’s just based on the previous one and meant to be a lighthearted joke. No actual shade was being thrown at the attraction. I’d personally prefer a new franchise instead of more minions.

My 2 cents... if you're an adult making this list, leave off the rides designed for 5yr olds. These rides have one main purpose... give mom & dad a place to sit with junior to pass the time. No need for a plot or advanced animatronics. As far as Kong... I've done this ride a # of times. There are some rides that are better, especially when there is a glitch. However, you can't do this ride without screens. A fight between Kong & trex just using machines and cables would not work and be slow moving. The 3d effect, the vehicle movement and action sequences are actually spot on. And if the physical Kong was not there at the end, fans would have complained. And are we seriously upset the lady in the beginning did not get cut in half on the big screen yet u worry about the morals in F&F? Shrek was brutal as well as smelly. I agree with that one & F&F. I would've added the Simpsons... old, super bad graphics, rickety and smelly!!

I disagree with 1 cause that EASILY is reserved for Race Through New York and what is truly one of the worst rides I’ve ever done in any park I’ve ever been to period Supercharged isn’t the worst ride in universal Orlando, it’s the best attraction there and funny enough the general public (according to the surveys) actually love this ride so much. So it ain’t going anywhere anytime soon. Dillon

bro what are you TALKING about. The minion ride has revolutionized coasters and has CHANGED my life (for the better). I'd recommend that you ride it a couple more times to see what I mean

No jimmy fallen and you enjoy the minions queue when 99% is outside and then finally your inside but only for like 10 feet and then preshow.

The Minion Mayhem is queue is good not great, so it’s overall a positive on the ride. Race Through New York is far more entertaining for me and the queue is much better.
