No, Flextech channels were FTN which became Virgin 1,Living,Bravo,Challenge,TV Travel shop and Trouble. It was part of Telewest later Virgin Media. UKTV channels such as Gold,Alibi and Blighty were half Telewest/Virgin and BBC, those came from TV centre. The flextech channels came from Great Portland Street. Virgin media sold the channels to Sky. Virgin Media sold its UKTV share to Scripps network which became part of Discovery and the BBC now owns all of UKTV. Really is now a Discovery channel

Virgin 1 became Channel One after Sky acquired it, they weren't allowed to use the Virgin name. Challenge took the freeview slot of Channel one

@@nicholasr39 Adam Singer did have offices at Gt. Portland Street, London, but Flextech's channels were played out at BBC Television Centre before moving to The Broadcast Centre in 2005.
