I have a very good solid resume based on years of sales & customer experience, I applied to Genpact in my area & right off the bat because of my experience with no schooling im being offered a position starting out at roughly 55k-$60,000 a year. Is this good for an hourly wage? Asking because I’ve worked based off of sales commissions and have been averaging 120k a year from sales but this year the company I work for is going down hill sales wise so I’m ready to find something new

TBH I have worked for sales profile as well but sales is totally different from this world, there more often your bonus will be higher than your monthly salary depending upon how well you have performed during that month. Unfortunately, that's not available here...you have bonus but those are limited predefined amounts. So all in all I would say you have got a good offer, but yes you have to assess based on your skills and career objective, if thats they role you want to go for or not

Yes you have this option but you can take internal transfer only after 18-24 months

You will be tested on the functional as well as technical aspect of job profile, read the job description in detail, try to understand the requirement and prepare your answers to reflect how you will be the right candidate for that role

Yes you can but they will ask you why you want to switch profile and also you need to have some knowledge of profile in which you want to switch (r2r or OTC)

Client call is nothing but just another round, where client of Genpact ( process for which you will be working) takes your interview. Listen to them carefully few people struggle in understanding the accent
