when you stalled it wasn't because your flaps were at 3 it was because you spoilers were at 3
everything was right except the thing with flaps full, using flaps full during the landing is customary. and as you have said they do that in order to have much more room in-between vref and alpha-floor (staalspeed) Pilots only use less flaps if there's is an crosswind for example Anyway great video:)!

In rfs checklists brake 2 when landing
Yeah you stalled bcs you were using flaps 3, not bcs you had the spoilers up which decreases lift on the wing
My friend is a pilot she says your should have flaps full always on landing

You need to turn off the HUD in the Aircraft System Setting ingame
No, then you could not use ATC because it goes by WAYPOINTS
does anyone know what flight officer rank i have to be to do multiple flights ?

You have activate spoiler so that’s why you stoll
