Couple questions, im buying an s9 and i want to ask: - can you/do you need to put a glass screen protector on the phone if you are buying the clear view cover? Is the protection to the screen sufficient without a screen protector? - how durable is the screen on the clear view cover? If i drop the phone, how likely is it to crack/break?

I have an s9 and from my experience the s9 can do asboulotely and I mean this very very truly it can handle without a screen protector, but I suggest you put an scratch resistant screen protector, if you want to save your screen from scratches, and from my past experiences of dropping these thing so much into hard concrete the screen never broke, so this phone is very durable

The Olixar one looks just like the free clear rubber one that came in the S9 box.

I have the one in the thumbnail same color, costs a lot but very good

Instead of clear case, maybe it's better to get a Grip case, a glass "screen protector" for the back or a 'naked' skin. That, or someone should make a clear case with metal/rubber sides and glass back

I have the ottor box symmetry case and it already cracked my screen from a 3foot drop, yes it looks nice but honestly its not that great, thats why im watching these videos for a better case

I used the Otterbox symmetry case on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8, and I dropped my Note 8 from 4 feet,face down,BROKE ,cracked my screen! I Do not recommended that case!

Use some plastic filter. It is effective and only needs to be switched 1 time every month

Nice review, but it would be nice if you included the front view of the phone with a case on for all of the cases... for example I'm really interested to see how the clear Olixar case looks on the S9 viewed from the front, but you only kept showing the back side. It's important to me that it's as slim as possible, since that front "lip" of the case is really the part I see 99% of the time when using my phone :) Cheers

what you just did is plug the case into the phone and thats it? why dont you put the case and test the buttons, finger print scanner and the camera and even test the screen so we can see if the case is perfectly working with the phone.

I think that Olixar clear case just looks bad . why do you want to show this plastic awful look !!. last year Samsung offered this clear case that actually blend in very nicely with your phone .
