Solomon Grundy changed ownership and became the stadium a sports bar that was up there on Broadway for years, that sense changed ownership to and is now another bar
The university I want to enter is in this beautiful place and I really fell in love with this place, it is very beautiful and quiet. I hope I have the opportunity to enter the university and stay in this very beautiful place.

In the downtown area there are a lot of places within walking distance. There is also the CDTA bus service which you could look up the roots and the the schedule. There is no subway system in Saratoga to get around. I know people who live in Saratoga and don’t have a car and manage to get around just fine using a bike, Uber/Lyft or another option. It would really depend what your needs are and what forms of transportation you are comfortable using. What are you looking for in a new home?

Post 9/11 migration of downstaters (and their money) has made owning a home in the city of Saratoga Springs expensive. The increasing liberal leaning politics has created a higher crime rate and filled the small city with homeless people. More small businesses have been driven off of Broadway, in favor of regional and national chains. There used to be a ban on such stores pre-9/11. It’s still one of the better places in the Capital District. Though, it’s located in the crumbling state of NY.

@@1youwatch also… no upstaters are able to afford anything in Saratoga. Certainly not Warren or Fulton. I’d consider everyone north of exit 16 ADK people, not Saratogians; the majority of those folks are low income. The downstate people that migrated have are secondary residence homes.
I truly loved this town !! If you pay attention to the current political situation, you see this town falling apart at a rapid pace. The town board is allowing thugs to control our streets . The board will not fix our increasing homeless problem, and they allow them to occupy our parking garages . Your video is outstanding ! Hopefully the good people of this town can stop this current 'woke' board . If not, I will gladly sell you my home.

Black Lives Matter started their crap the last 2 years. Over false charges that the police killed a man when witnesses said he fell off a scaffolding while running from police after smashing a girls face into a wall
