Pico's height could be explained by his trauma. Trauma can stunt height, something that happened to me, at least somewhat. Still taller than the average 15 year old female, but a bit smaller than what the doctors predicted. Also, trauma is what stunted the growth of three of my cats, who are now terrified of water because of an incident involving my sadistic younger sister.
