Idk if this is a popular take but Killjoy genuinely feels so outdated after the PA update, now that every Val has two separate forms of revival, someone having a 3rd on death doesn’t feel like real SA anymore. I hope she gets a rework. But as a Graveyard Stan I don’t mind her being on top of the silver line for a while

I really don't see how people have this take. It's a near-unconditional revive that works when the team is totally getting rolled. Yeah, you can play around it, but you have to play around it. When I'm on offense, I don't even need to contend with Val's PA. There are enough ways to keep her from activating it, and usually she fails to regen enough to even max her PA out, unless you're already losing against her team. For Killjoy, you have to specifically bring precision or revive denial to keep her revive from going off.

She's a silver, cheap, and decently effective anymore than that, then is questionable why she's just a silver.

Bloody valentine was the first eliza I invested in. Didn't have any of her gold's at the time, but still use her at times. I like phantom threads way more than vapor, but vapor has the better color palette imo.

I like them both a lot for different reasons and different play styles

I'd add Rockstar to the Underrated section. •Her SA gives 60% Free meter after 10 seconds (20% per each Barrier) •She has Filia's Kit •She gives 20% Meter per ANY expired Barrier, so, variants with Timed Barrier, Like Biting Cold, can exploit that easily, so, they can spam BB3.

Can't agree more as to Graveyard Shift. She's a very good support for fighters that have no access to regeneration. She can also grant faster regeneration than SG (provided you're able to defeat the opponents fast enough) at the cost of immunity though. Rip Killjoy

I'll give mention to two variants I consider underrated. Feathered Edges is probably one of the best Neuromancer counters I know of with bb disables along with the barriers and Fukuas recovery to heal some of the reflect damage. Creature of Habit may be weird with bb usage, but she's a fun hard hitter to use. Though I guess I just wanted to mention CoH again.

highly agree on cstone and bhd, dont get me wrong theyre strong if youre purely a beginner, but ive seen many say how theyre worth dia, top variants ect... cstone gets outdamaged by wbane, which is free and even has utility, bhd does what every filia can do + their SA

Honestly meow and forever deserves a place here. I love her for offense because using her with my special team makes her unkillable and very fun to use, but for the defense part she’s overrated. You can just use Eliza to remove her buffs and finish her, or even play around immunity or even curse her, I mean there’s plenty of solutions to get rid of her easily.

The best fighters that Ive saved for my entire goal to reaching lvl 70 is Rain Shadow and Nyanotech. The best part is I have them as shinies.

As a Ms Fortune main, it feels strange how not even 1 variant of her got into any of the 2 lists. Players always underrate Windstalker, but I know how precious she is, considering that I won multiple Accursed Experiments thanks to her. And her doom is really effective in the September prize fight, because it activates before the invincible. :D I know many more tricks with other variants of the kitty, but Im not too familiar with other characters.

I would like to include in the underrated list Understudy Cerebella, I consider her as a cheaper Harlequin because of her base stats and requires Throws but she does good damage and can get Armor if spamming Merry go Rilla. Star child is weak and requires her to be in Star mode to work, but her high combo BBs can quickly help in applying Guard Break to the opponent. Raining Champ, she is new but she did give me trouble in PF, if not equipped correctly you will lose to her.

One thing I'll say about BHD: Ringlet should really be nerfed at this point. 180+15% is genuinely overpowered for a special move. It would be one thing on a Big Band or Squigly, but Filia has actual damage dealing variants. But I'd also say Banish needs a nerf and people disagree on that too so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ FE is the better bronze post leech buff either way though lol
