For the Volvo 242DL at roughly 1:44 he was at roughly 70MPH but with Nitrous and the car build it just went at 140 MPH in 3 secs I’m very surprised and I may actually try out this car when I play this game very soon.

I would add I have had a ton of fun in the 69 Dodge charger with the 1500 horse motor. consistently running in the mid to high 145 range on most tracks and an ungodly drifting ability around corners it is by far my number one car. Other than that I've been running the Camaro, beetle, rsr and bel-air on a good rotation to help keep the game fresh

My type of car guy.. I've been using the Cuda, it's my most built car, sucks on the turns but hauls ass with it's big block.. My Burt Reynolds Firebird is built with recycled parts but it seems like it'd be a good drift car.. I've had the game for a few days so haven't built all my cars up.. Like making money, hate spending it..lol

Something else I've noticed about the beetle: it drops from jumps faster than any other car. This translates to more time on the track, where the acceleration can be put to better use, opposed to in the air from taking the same jump at the same speed in a different car. At first I thought I was imagining it, but I took my rsr off a jump at 100 MPH and got like 40ft further than with the beetle on the same jump at 100 MPH. On most tracks, this wouldnt matter, but on uneven rally races, that little bit adds up quickly over every tiny bit of air one gets during a race.

I'll never understand and forever be frustrated that the Raptor isn't offroad king. I'd kinda understand the Beetle somewhat matching it since they do have a baja heritage I know a 911 is basically a Beetle but still. Next game will have the Ram TRX as the most OP track weapon that will only go 10mph on anything besides asphalt. A twin turbo Viper engined Raptor shouldn't be beaten offroad.

I have all of these and use your build guides for them. I actually like the old Skyline for offroad as it looks similar to the old Datsun 1600 (510) plus I am doing similar times in it to any of these cars and have beaten my best time on Green Monster in it. I wish they had the Ford Escort RS2000 or even some Toyota's (Celica, Supra) in the game.

I discovered the beatle early on as a brilliant offroad vehicle. i was just going for a “buggy” type build and found it to be amazing. But this being said. I cant go past the classic rally cars i know from real life. The 06 impreza with colin mcray livery. And of course. Its main rival. The evo 9. With rally livery of course, Was a little disappointed that the evo doesnt have many body options to make it look like a rally car. But basically the WRX for fun. And the buggy for when i really want to go fast on the dirt. Dont get me wrong. porsche did make rally cars IRL, But it just looks weird on the dirt.

Just used the Nissan with your build and I instantly got better off road, for sure the best NFS KZreadr on KZread

Bought the beetle for off-road... Turned out to be an absolute beast just with super and super+ parts after swapping my engine for more horsepower, it's even good for an on road build Highly recommend using the beetle

My fastest offroad builds are the Subaru Impreza WRX STi hatchback and the Land Rover Sport SVR. With the WRX STi hatchback, it performs very well in most offroad races, especially in tight turns.

I used the Land Rover as my offroad vehicle. What I like about it is actually the weight. It hits like a tank and I like to play rough, especially in those races. What I found even more amazing is that if you have it tuned for offroad, and take it to the track, it is capable of consistently getting 3 stars on the ramp if you're running the track in reverse. For those leveling or new to the game, just keep doing that to build easy rep or get that last bit of cash you need for an upgrade or vehicle. I didn't mind cop cars chasing me in it because I could easily batter them across the track. Hitting most vehicles with it feels like using a battering ram.

Not sure if I played the game early on and had an update but I can not beat the old time trial. With the beetle, the Porsche, the sti hatch and sedan.

im having trouble with some off road long jumps, any tips to get the farther distance? im using maxed out cars, nos etc...

The other layout was easier to compare the pro and beginner builds and more informative, just my opinion. I value information more than beauty, not belittling your great work always.

I just got off road missions and I got the vovo and some of the things on it like decrees and stuff so I do I need those exact engine parts other wise it’s not good or is it still good early game?

For me, I prefer the old layout but the new layout is nice to I like the old layout with the text on screen.

The RSR is good but the second best off-road vehicle is the Bel Air, it was the best in NFS Payback and is the second best in Heat the 3rd best would be the Beetle, I'm an old NFS player and I have played every last one of them besides 1or 2 of these beautiful games.

Funny that no car you selected is all wheel drive. Personally, I am only rep30, I drive almost everything with the 911 turbo s, I have 2, one for race (cabrio) and one for off road (coupé) and it is stable, strong, fast accelerating and lots of grip. Your cars seem faster, but have more mods, so if I have the rep I can even make my 911s faster although they seem already unbeatable. If I don't win it is me, the driver, not the car.

Selecting an engine for any car is itaelf being a difficult task. Could post a link or details for which engine and parts of car are best suited for each track. Like excel or something that contains your best results for track, off road, escaping cop pursuit It would be really helpful!

Damn both rsr and the beetle are the fastest cars in nfs heat for both track and offroad. Literally, these 2 cars are the kings.

Now just one question, will any of these dominate w/o ult’s across the board for the engine? “Asking for a friend” 😅
