Nicolai Perfumer-Createur's 30ml bottles would be a good addition to the list. A 30ml oud fragrance can be purchased for $87 at retail; at 30ml edp can be purchased for $78 at retail; a 30ml edt can be purchased for $63 at retail. High value and very high quality.

If you buy from discounters, Nishane, Mancera, and Montale are all really great value. Mancera and Montale will typically be $65-$80 for a full-size bottle. And Nishane will be around $100 for a 50ml or $150 for 100ml.

Nishane more than Mancera/Montale since they can actually blend their product (I suspect mostly because their full retail prices are ~3x Mancera/Montale).

High value would likely be anything that retails for tons and you can find on discounters for way less. Nishane is the obvious leader here, Electimuss is there, Masque Milano can be had for $70/35ml on MaxAroma all the time as well.

Forget-me-not are actually blue flowers! :) Apparently they smell very very soft, slightly musky.
