When I first started doing food delivery and I had a delivery go across Evergreen near Aldie I was like... what's even over there? I know there's data centers nearby and farms. Once I got onto Fleetwood and turned onto I think it's Evertide and saw those houses I was like... I want to move here. What do I need to do? That night went home looked at home prices and my jaw hit the floor and I was like... no way in heck that that is a beginner home.

We just moved to a condo n Metrowalk in Ashburn, and wow, is it beautiful but definitely expensive. I definitely understand why people love Ashburn. Far enough away from the craziness of DC but close enough to commute to a few tines a week.

I love Brambleton, but for the purposes of this video I'm keeping Brambleton and Broadlands separate from Ashburn. I'm planning an updated Brambleton video later this year.
If you were to expand this list, where do you think Ashburn Farm and Broadlands would fall? Truth be told, I'm partial to Ashburn Village!

I didn't include Brambleton and Broadlands in this list because for the purposes of this video I'm treating them as their own towns instead of neighborhoods. Ashburn Farm is very similar to Ashburn Village, just minus the lakes witch gives the advantage to the Village.

Loudoun Valley is a great neighborhood and it was on my original top 5 neighborhoods that I posted back in 2020. For this updated video I swapped out Loudoun Valley for Willowsford.
Ashburn village is awesome. Can't wait for all the Beacon Hill and Creighton Farms people to disagree 😀
