The first guy was great, Now this lady is awesome 👌 👏 What a Great outlook she has on critics!!!

The opera singer at the end sang the same song another young man sang. He dressed goth and had the most incredible eyes. He looked like a very young Marilyn Manson.

The LADY with the sand was just bloody fantastic it was a pleasure to watch her just my opinion hope you agree c j whitehouse

The girl singing the troll song has a great voice!!! And she is pretty too

I loved the girl who made a song out of all the negative comments she got on her social media. I understand it. I was told by my own mother that I have no singing ability at all. So I went out and learned to sing. I played songs and taught myself to do what they do. Then I went to karaoke contests and competed. After a few I actually won one. So a couple of years later I had a visit from my mother and took her to one of these contests. When it was over, she said "I don't get it. How did you finish second with that screeching you were doing?" That alone told me something. It wasn't me. It was never me. I can succeed at things, but it is always her job to point out my shortcomings to "keep me grounded". I disagree with that entirely, but I understand her better now. My brother convinced his pastor to let me be a soloist for a hymn with their choir one Christmas pageant. So I got a song. I chose Amazing Grace. She couldn't understand what all the fuss was about my baritone rolling out that song a capella. So I will never be a singer on any level in her eyes. I should have been a great baseball player and swimmer. I try pointing out that I was good, but I was never going to be Aaron Judge or Michael Phelps. I was never going to be close to that level. I was good enough to play ball into college, but I was already outclassed by the competition there. I never made it as a swimmer into college, and she says I should have stuck with it. Granted that I met every single qualification to be a lifeguard except age by the time I was 13, but the same was true of so many other even better swimmers. I know my limitations.

@@lilidragan2176 You never got the bit from your parents "Will you turn that noise down" because they didn't get your music? Same sort of thing. She sees me for what she WANTS to perceive in me, not as what I really am. I can accept that, and in accepting, I am able to let go of the negatives associated with those perceptions. It took me a long time to reach that realization that I was reinforcing the perceptions by holding on to them. I amplified them, in her mind. I have learned to do what I deem right for me and not to need that external validation to be comfortable in my own skin. My wife helped me learn that. See, we each operate on our perceptions of others, which determines how we tend to treat them, as a rule. I have simply learned to be comfortable in my own perceptions of me, not requiring the validation of others to determine my self-worth. She has mostly rooted out that sickness, however I am her firstborn, so I am in a unique position with her in that regard. I will always be "her baby", and nothing I do will ever alter that. This is common with parents of large families, especially mothers, when dealing with their perceptions of their eldest and youngest. The ones in the middle almost always feel the "invisibility syndrome" at least to some degree. Does any of that help?

@@heinleinreader I understand you love your mother. As a mother myself, I have never ever discouraged my daughter ! I was a single mother. Got help from my mom. She raised me like that! The music was too loud? I have learnt to like loud music!

@@lilidragan2176 Perceptions are devious animals. We don't even realize we are being consumed by them. That is where she is, and I am alright with that, as I no longer need to convince her of anything. Perhaps she is just tone deaf. Perhaps she is simply fixated on her own world view. The point is, it doesn't matter to me, as I have no need for her approval in anything I do in life. I learned my limitations, and with those I am comfortable. I have a happy family and life, with or without her approval, so why should I piss her off by continuing a meaningless feud, as you seem to suggest I do. I would rather let her live her life as she wishes to, and allow me to live my life as I choose to. It is that simple. I find it odd that you are more invested in continuing an argument with my mother about me than I am.

I know, it won't help you now, but you could start to heal from all she said to you, just by knowing, that she is a narcissist (my opinion, I had similar experiences). It's no consolation to know, that she can't help herself, it's just her being a narcissist. Never let anyone hold you down or destroy you, keep on in believing in your self, you are worth it!

The sand picture lady was amazing idk how to describe it other than like watching a realy good dj passionately layer up a song to dead ass banger of drop and nail it so hard he knows it smacked but with sand pictures that is on another lever though the amount of practice to do that soo perfectly is insane and you could tell she knew she did amazing when fight song kicked in the story was clear with absolutely no words i thing the image transition was insane honestly ive never seen anything like it im in tears just wow

All were entertaining for sure. I was extremely touched by the sand artist (hit home for me). Was blown away by the opera singer, he got some great vocal cords.

Well, those definitely are 5 very unusual auditions. And I liked em all.

I remember growing up and watching AGT with my mother. The last guy I remember so vividly because we hated it at first. But then he did what he did and we were blown away. I think I was 13 at the time; obviously it’s not true levitation, but I thought it was so real. 😂
