For the Roosevelt dimes, the 1946 S, 1949 S, 1954 S, the 1955 trifecta, 1996 W, and the 2009 P and D are the key dates. All the rest (even the silver ones) are findable with some work today.

I own the rarest 1966 Roosevelt dime! It is a SILVER 1966 dime overstruck on a 1962D dime. Certified MS62 by NGC and the only 1966 dime struck in silver known.The coin will be sold by Stack's Auctions in their August ANA sale. A 1965 silver dime of which about a dozen sre known sold for $14,000 in 2023!

I’ve seen a 1968 D silver Roosevelt dime. I think Denver minted 1964 dated silver dimes into 1968, so that explains why it exists.

@@glennmillerfan sorry, silver was only through 1964, any other silver dimes were made in error. There is also ONE 1968D silver dime known and certified as an AU coin and was last offered for sale in 2009 where it sold for more than $5000, 15 years ago!!!!
