At this point I wonder if Death's Head Cultist would be better than Mistress, as the Deathrattle only heals your face and not your opponent's too.

Two mana more for the same utility. A combo deck doesn’t care if it heals the opponent.

​@@jamesyu5212 Yep! I guess a couple OTK desks of old have had strict health breakpoints, but overall 1 mana for tempo and board contesting is waaay more valuable for OTK than healing oppo

@@devanwc23 OTK decks often don't even need to do the combo against super aggro decks. Usually it's either they die by turn 5 or they survive and aggro deck just fizzles out resource and tempowise. On that note: yes, mistress is indeed better.
